The only time these tag titles will get a blue variation, is if when a draft happens, management decides to move the World Championships to the Smackdown brand. Then these belts will be blue where there's red. The new titles that Theory and Waller will get will look like Cody and Bayley's Championships, maybe slightly tweaked

I don't know. Aside from the perfect circle it has, there's too much going on on the actual front plate/design that looks weird if the camera angle or lighting is abysmal. Not to mention, the giant WWE logo in the center. The shape reminds me of the 24/7 Championship.

The new world tag team belts are so good looking, those are belts you actually want to hold

Its way better than the smashed coins which is a very low bar but it's good. However the red font background doesn't blend well I feel. Maybe it'll take a while to grow more on me

It’s like the big eagle and old raw titles and the new world championship had a kid 😂

I like that it has side plates, no longer is brand specific, has similar design but is not one to one to the world titles, and it finally has gold in the design. I'm fine with the more circular design. Waiting to see what the smackdown titles will look like this Friday. Overall I'm happy, it's new so let's just see if it grows on us.

Its a mix of old and new, like how triplle H wants it to be, having elements from the old, but also have elements that are still in these newer eras.

They still look like the penny belts, but with a new design. They are better, but the interchangeable side plates are NOT good looking.

The design for the belt is solid, would have been better if they changed the shape from being round though. Make it a bit flatter and squarer like the old school belt shape and it would be better I think.

They used to be called world Tag team championship and WWE Tag team championship. That raw and SmackDown thing didn't start until they split up the titles after unifying the sets I mentioned. It was an original from WCW I like the new titles

They look the same as the heavyweight belt and women’s belt. I don’t see why everyone is so happy about this when people were complaining about the belts looking the same. WWE fans make so sense

- Old WWE Tag team championships merged with the Old World Tag team championships - WWE Tag Team champions Absorbed the World tag team champions - WWE Tag team belts became The RAW tag team belts - now the RAW Tag belts became World Tag Team champions So the original lineage of this belts are with the original WWE tag team belts lol

These belts look fantastic! I'm glad The Awesome truth are the first ones to hold them, they look great with these. They had to make special belts for R truth's 69th or 70th title reign I think.

I have to agree with the shapes though, the majority of my favorite belts are from the ruthless aggression era, the new tag team belts still needs to grow on me tbh.

Starting with the return of the WHC. I think them slowly introducing redesigns for the chips is a way of saying this is the Triple H era now

I didn't like the shape either at first but it grew on me fast. Looks better than the quarter red and blue tag team belts

I do really like the new titles we’re getting, but my personal preference is that it’d be slightly better if the logo wasn’t so big in the middle.

From my perspective it makes perfect sense for them to look a lot like the World Heavyweight Championship. The reason for that is because I've always viewed the tag team division as more of an alternative rather than something lesser than the singles division so having the tag titles look just as valuable as the main singles title seems like a good direction.

I thought it was a bit lazy when i first saw them but once i saw them open, on miz and truths arms i thought they looked fabulous, i feel they will look beautiful on DIY

I Just hope SmackDown tag title look like NXT UK tag team title.

I like the shape of the titles. while the central design is similar to the World Title, the circle shape separates it enough with a nice look. better the shape than the belt color.

I like them, it's still round but it's no longer then coinlike feel, i legit hated how they looked so much like coins. Now they are still ground but they look prestegious. I see some inspiration on NXT UK Belt and i love it cause imo that belt was the hardest WWE had . Also having 2 tag team belts it's AWESOME cause the tag team division is healthy again, they have so many good fun tag teams and stables see them fight over the tag team belt would be awesome

The titles kinda have a mix between the world heavyweight championship and the NXT Uk tag team championships

To be honest, I really kinda like the big logo belts and the modern wwe championships in general. The big logo belts just look clean and basically all the titles rn look prestigious

Probably gonna be something similar to the WWE Title for the Smackdown belts. One can hope for a full on different design which will tease new belts for Cody and Bayley.

My issue with the new tag titles is the shape of the plate. It looks like a they stuck a giant coin onto a belt. I'm also not a fan of the font used, but this is miles ahead better than the former belts.

The design is good, the problem with every belt based on World title design is color. Because of the color the small details don't stand out until you zoom on them.

I think the Smackdown Tag Titles (now WWE Tag Team Championship) is going to be square shaped, and the side plates are going to be same as WWE Championship because this new World Tag Team Championship has same side plates design as World Heavyweight Championship. The only thing I didn't like about the championship is that they used red color in it.

I like the tag titles, I don’t mind the round plate but just not the biggest fan of the WHC side plates instead of more round plates or another shape. I for one welcome side plates which I love. I liked the design of the previous tag titles but never liked the color choice or the fact they didn’t have name plates. I didn’t like the bronze look and while I liked the upgrade from bronze to silver and the different colored straps since I always welcome more colors other than just black and white. They still weren’t great. I always wanted to see that design be in gold

Tje tag team division will be the thing to watch in 2024.. Just watch how Rtruth in the miz make the tag teams Valuable again. This is ASTRONOMICALLY huge for HHH doing this.

I loved them as soon as I saw them. The only thing I’d change would give it an Earthier background (like the Winged Eagle championship) it is a “World” Tag Team Championship. Maybe Smackdown’s will be called the Universal Tag Team Championship.

The new tag titles are incredible, the only thing I hate about it is the strap, it's so thin. Imagine it with a strap similar to the then undisputed tag team titles but with black color, it would look 100x more prestigious and better

It's a nice belt, I will miss the penny/nickel tag belts. Annoys me that I now have a raw & smackdown tag belt, and the uso tag belt. Only to find out I now need to buy 2 more belts.. I am assuming the smackdown one will be the heavyweight tag belts

Not gonna lie, when HHH lifted the cover, I popped when I saw the belts. I think they look pretty damn good.

Here the deal, when you get something good you love it, then when it's taken and something shit replaces it, you absolutely hat it and miss the older ones, but when shit ones get replaced even by something mid, you think of that mid as something amazing Basically it's like having the best but then losing it and then getting something that's either as good as the first ones or maybe not but you appreciate it and love it, its like if someone loves eating tasty rice and then for some reason he doesn't gt to eat it for years but then even if he gets some bland rice he would appreciate it

I'd say the World series of titles are better with the logo compared to the WWE series of titles due to other markings, symbols, etc that makes the titles look grand and prestigious with the logo being big enough and white to stand out but small enough for everything else to surround it. Not just being the logo, like the WWE series of titles, that doesn't really radiate the same grandiose nature.

So, I think there is a possibility that on Smackdown that we may be in for not just new tag team titles. The current WWE championship and Women’s have been around in one form or another since 2013, and let’s be honest, are synonymous with Roman and Vince. Also, Cody and Bayley’s titles each say “Undisputed” and we all know they are very much disputed with the existing of both World titles. I think TriplePaul could introduce brand new straps to not only Waller and Theory, but Cody and Bayley as well. Maybe a modern version of the Winged Eagle, with more emphasis on the WWE logo for branding purposes which is a comprise I’m willing to accept. But I do feel all those titles are in desperate need of a facelift and they will be the stamp on this new era.

I assume they will be called the wwe tag team champs and it would take the shape of that title. personally, i'm not a massive fan of the IC title (i think if you kept the belt gold, but change the color scheme to white and blue on the important parts, that would be heat) but i agree that splitting the titles, not have them look like toys, is a MASSIVE step in the right direction. W for WWE in my book

I actually think the strap shape should've stayed the same, it's more flattering to the round center plate. The red backing is cool I think, Edit: I don't want to sound like a displeased or upset fan, I think they needed a redesign and these are a vast improvement.

I think the design and detail is fantastic but I don’t like that they’re completely circular. The biggest W however is that now they’re golden and look prestigious. Titles need to be golden!

The new titles are blast. Yes we have to admit the (W) logo wont go. Its branding, marketing etc. But it clearly shows inspiration from the times the belts were great. There is detailing and color. And like you said could have been more shape. But I am not complaining. Those titles look so much worthy to hold on to. And Miz and Truth debut them. Aaaaaawesome! With Champa presenting them!

These designs have been around for my entire schooling career😂 I'll always have soft spot for the "silver pennies" design because that was the era I grew up in but they had to go😂. Cool redesign though and I can only hope that the new WWE Tag Team Championship belts are just as good
