It's like whoever designed this realised it was the Tag Titles so they decided to nerf it with the circular main plate, the side plates, bars and the detailing of the main plate just scream a higher tier belt. Still it's great to see the Penny belts are finally gone.

Penny belts? You mean Nickel belts, the Penny belts were retired years ago. 😆

I really think these belts could be much better if the shape of the main plate and side plates were better matching, maybe making the side plates circular too. Just looks really odd and ruins the belt for me

I saw a comment saying we went from pennies to nickel & dime to now gold doubloons. The "Gold Doubloons" World Tag Team Championships looks phenomenal.

So glad to see the old belts gone. The rumors were that they had new tag belts made after wm35 but they never brought them out.

Either none of the champions, except for the midcard ones, get drafted or they ALL get drafted. They have to stick together for uniformity

I know the center plate isn't going over well right now but it's my favorite part of the design since its done well on these. Round center plates are so aesthetically pleasing to me.

I’m glad to see the Penny Tags finally go after a combined 14 Years, also really happy to see the name change to the World Tag Team Championship as for Me, it’s a nice throwback to the Ruthless Aggression Era, the design is okay, it’s definitely better than the Penny Tags, but whoever made that Domino’s Pizza picture, man I hate them right now 🤦‍♂️😂

It has 3 things that i like: The strap isnt red or blue The design fits the theme of the new era belts They arent the penny belts

These titles are meh to me. I miss the traditional looking beauties and thats why I hope Cody brings the winged eagle back.

these belts kick ass! way better than the old belts. I just hope smackdown doesnt do the big WWE logo for thier tag team belts

I think the title is nice, I like the circle shape I’m just not a fan of the WHC side plates attached to the belts, would rather have it just be a circular side plate. I think they are a great design for a tag belt out of everything and the most effort put into the tag titles WWE has ever done

I have always said, keep the brands as separate as possible or just end the brand split again.

The only problem i see is the main plate being round, too round. Other than that i really liked the detail they put into them. Heck is has more detail than the actual wwe universal title.

Did anyone else notice that from Wrestlemania on they dropped "Universal" from the name of the WWE Championship?

I hate both round belts and these side bars and plates… these belts are still better than old penny belts

Needs more sideplates like the SmackDown tag title. The strap needs to be a little bit bigger to make it form better and they need to take the world out of the main logo in the middle and just put some of the designing that’s already on the belt behind it instead of the world.

This is a lot different than world title people said they look exactly the same when they are not

I can see a resemblance from these belts to the old WCW Tag Team championship belts.

This belt actually looks 10x better on tv, in the ring, etc, compared to the online render used in this video. Look at these images and then go watch the clip of them in the ring on Monday.

Cody was announced as the Undisputed Champion on RAW I don't think they will be dropping the "Undisputed" part of that WWE Championship 🤔. I'm old school the Original Undisputed Championship belt to me is still the best designed WWE Championship belt, I liked the Idea of the Undisputed Champion defends the belt on both shows I thought it was a good idea, unfortunately they stopped doing that after Lenser won the belt. Maybe they will still have Cody on both shows? It looks like that is the plan since he was on RAW, but he said he was a Smackdown Superster, Cody is the top guy in the company now I think he should be on both shows as the Champion.

I prefer the penny/nickel tags to this (and the 2002-10 World Tag Team Championship, but _not_ the contemporary WWE Tag Team Championship, to those).

They should have used a strap similar to the nxt uk tag belts

The new belt is pretty cool, it's the current champions that I'm against. Another team should have been given the belts.

Removing the SMACKDOWN & RAW is a good idea… however… as this has RED text… if the WWE version has BLUE text lol then they may as well say RAW/SD… which will make it cringe if they change around… they could always just slap on new color enamel for sure. But I think doing the text background black, & text white may have been better? Overall I like them. The pizza thing is kinda stupid tbh… you don’t see that at all unless you want to see it.

I actually love the center plate but hate the side plates. I think the side plates should be circular too and I still hate the custom side plates idea. I dont like it for any design and i think WWE should do away with the custom side plates

The new World Tag Team Championships are fat mate. Beautiful belt. Finally now Triple H has been running creative, the championship belts are looking fantastic. Cannot wait to see what the WWE Tag Team Championship will look like on SmackDown. I wonder if they'll revamp all the titles on SmackDown, WWE Women's TItle carried by Bayley and the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship carried by Cody Rhodes now that the championship is now very much disputed, like retire the Universal Championship component.

Personally and I'm sure I'm in the minority but I liked the old design. But it was overdue for the change. In regards to this new design, I like it. It's very vegas prize. It looks like a true trophy belt. I've Personally always just wanted 1 tag title and the champions could defend anywhere. But yes, I think it's a cool design. I see the good in it more than the not so good. Will I cop a replica? We'll see.

Besides the wording, nothing about this title emphasizes “world” or “tag-team” the logo is too front and center, and too big. Diamonds are a girl’s best friend, not men. I love the 2 griffins. 5.5/10
