Years ago, I thought Trackers were a silly gimmick,, then a few months ago I decided to risk it, and bought a Boker mini Tracker, and now I think they're great,, I'm gonna save up for the lager Boker version,, Great video,, thanks,, 👍🔪🔪

Thanks for the review. Great that you brought up that curve area because that was exactly what I was thinking at the beginning. I was going to get in and then saw that. It's a 'catch point' without a way to cut back out. That's why some fighting hawks will have a sharpened beard. If that sinks into a bad guy, it's likely to get stuck at that spot.

I love tracker style blades. Tops Skull Crusher is the best tracker styled blade I've used. But you can very good cheaper blades in the tracker style too. I have many that was $20 but better than the tops tracker brown. Weird huh

@411Outdoors. Hello and a good evening tide to you and yours at the time I type this. The Armoury The Hunted Tracker I purchased in 2021 cause I will never support Tom Brown's bs and the Tops Tracker is no way even approaching Mr Russon's or Dr.Dave Becks utilitarian quality of design. The Armoury Tracker actually gets everything done just the same for the $16.00 price tag as all the others except in the piercing capability. That thing notched, cut, chopped, feathered stick and all that just fine.No way in heaven or hell was I paying Tops prices for theirs. This Warivo here in this vid is quite good, definitely worth buying. That said I'll spend the top dollar on Dr. Dave Becks design cause it's the one that got all its nuances right. He really studied that original design presented to him.Although I would like to try Mr. Russon's tracker as well.I do search and rescue and I really would like to see what these designs can do in Forrest and mountain rescue work. All the best to you and yours Sir..

@411Outdoors. Hi, good morning got your reply looking forward to seeing another fun and informative review. And yes I really do own the Armory The Hunted Tracker still and it still performs great My handle scales didn't come loose and they actually are real wood although you thought they were plastic in your review.Maybe within this year I might get a Russon Tracker. Most definitely I want the Beck Tracker but life is what it is.Search and Rescue in mountainous and forest regions look to me that this knife design would be a good fit based on my over 20 years of experience in doing so.I'm am a bit curious as to peoples comments on these tracker post that claim to be military or retired and have used one type of tracker during deployment service.I'm retired and can show you my discharge paperwork and can honestly say a very good inexpensive Bowie style knife with a multi tool like the Gerber we were issued is far better than any singular tracker made by anybody. The SOG PowerLock Safety Cutter model has been my service multi tool of choice, some wear and tear on the flat head screwdriver is showing. One can tell easily sometimes the liars and mentally ill in the comments by what they state.Using a tracker style knife even the Tom Brown Jr. model would not be by most command staff be it NCO or Officers as an acceptable operation knife.Mind you some will but as a fact it's a big no unless the leader is looking for complications when something goes sideways and said soldier now has to go silent and rely on said knife. As a team we all need to know as a fact that all the gear we bring with us works flawlessly in it's said task and that we all can use it under the strain and duress of battle. Most times we rely on each others gear which is why there is uniformity with it,since we are trained using the same gear.Again one can tell by the comments who is outright lying or is mentally unstable.I had looked into this style of knife and when I saw the Armory Tracker version on the Wal-Mart online store I got the lime green colour one.The Russon and Beck's profile is a different animal altogether which is why i really need to get one of each to see what they perform like.Your fun to watch all the best to you and yours.

Probably better knives come kinda dull for some will cut themselves just taking it out to look at it, in the same breath it may also lower the cost down. I wouldn’t turn my back on all that steel one could easily tie a magnet to a string on a drone and steel it😂❤

@@robertleach230 It’s probably one of those business decision’s where now you have to buy a good sharpening tool. May as well look to people that have good old fashion knives from the past when one could load up on everything and anything, who knows maybe that precious one is out there sitting in someone’s closet and waiting for a good new owner that is honourable . Better to pay cash or build it rather than the whole world to know what’s be our doors. Keep safe and alert for family, friends and strangers.

It keeps the scales from getting too scratched up if you miss it also keeps the skills nice and tight as well and they don’t tend to break or chip
