New style is so ineffective. Taekwondo was first a martial art. But now it’s more of a sport rather than a way of life

newstyle is so lame. I will change a hobby to aikido Actually taekwondo sparring tournaments might be getting better. The new rule changes from 2022 are working

have you seen taekwondo poomsae ? you will find everything not only punching.

All have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God.
