I watched a special about Lee Dae Hoon on All the Butlers, and he was so passionate about his sport and his athleticism. Yet, he was still a young person despite his Gold Medal and he continued to want to do better. His perseverance and dedication to his craft and his love for the sport shows in his desire to share the sport with others.

Love seeing Jayden in this episode, he's a great character. Armand is just adorable, knowing he's not good at it, he still does it in ways to bring joy around him. Nobody is perfect, and everyone shines differently!

The instructor was calm, patient, and even joked around a bit. Respect to him and his hard earned medals.

starting to realize harvey is one of those really chill, lowkey dudes in the class with good social skills and doesn't really stay up all night to study but still gets the high grades and is good at everything

@@emmak2971 I mean, it's really difficult to kick above the waist like that. You need very good core strength and flexibility. And he wasn't just kicking for a split second, you can see that he can maintain the form which is incredibly difficult to do. Most people are like Max. He can even do the roundhouse kick in his first try!

Jayden was a natural! his foot eye coordination is very good for a beginner

This episode was so funny but honestly Dae Hoon was such a great teacher. You can obviously tell how skilled he is and why he's a gold medalist. Amazing. Such a nice guy too, kept encouraging them and didn't make anyone feel bad.

하지만 조쉬가 두번째로 다시 찬 점프킥은 매우 훌륭했다. 체공시간이 긴, 한박자 늦게 차면서 상대의 타이밍을 빼앗는 고급 기술이다. 체공시간을 길게 하는 것 자체가 생각보다 어렵기 때문이다. 또한 자세도 훌륭했고, 파워도 좋았다. 첫번째 킥도 자세는 매우 좋았지만, 아마도 마지막에 타격되는 순간 발의 자세가 잘못되어 송판과 발 사이의 타격점이 잘못 잡혔고, 그래서 힘이 제대로 전달되지 못했던 것 같다. 처음 알려줬던 것 처럼 무릎을 굽힌 채 다리를 들어올리고, 무릎을 펴면서 빠르게 끊어 찬 후, 다시 무릎을 접고 다리를 내리는 것이 기본적인 순서이다. 그리고 발을 곧게 펴 무릎부터 정강이와 발가락까지 일직선이 된 상태(누워서 발목과 발가락 전체를 발바닥 쪽으로 최대한 기울이는 것을 해보면 어떤 느낌인지 쉽게 느낄 수 있다.)에서, 엄지발가락 윗쪽의 발등과 이어지는 관절 바로 윗 부분이나 발등 전체로 차는 것이다. 조쉬의 첫번째 발차기의 경우, 무릎을 펴면서 차는 것 까지는 완벽했던 걸로 보인다. 그러나 아마도 발을 제대로 펴지 못해 발가락으로 맞았거나, 각도가 틀어져 충격이 발 자체에서 흡수되었을 것이다. 두번째는 매우 훌륭했다! 제이든과 하비도 훌륭했고!

Armand is so funny in this episode... The lads discovered something in them in this whole journey. We discovered that Nati is good with his Hangul. He just needs to practice but it's easy for him to learn the language. And in this episode... we learned that Jayden has a talent for martial arts. If the teacher says he should join the olympics, you know there's raw talent there.

As a guy who took taekwondo in secondary school, Lee Daehoon is literally the nicest teacher out there for this form. All taekwondo teachers I've had were as strict as drill sergeants, but they did so to make sure you knew your form well and that you could be toughened up. Martial arts aren't something anyone can just pick up, but taekwondo can be brutal if you don't practise properly.

Just for reference, Lee Dae Hoon was so dominant in his weight class that he could take a year and a half off of the pro circuit and still be ranked world #1.

Harvey is really good at everything, from waterpark race, Hangeul test (how did he get 9/10 for the first time learning that), dodgeball (esp when he suddenly jumped and catch the ball out of nowhere) it looks so cool, e-sport when played Valorant and now Taekwondo 🤩🤩 He has great character as well, always said thank you, so caring and supportive ❤️❤️

@@sooha7548 Yes and on return of Superman he and his son did tae kwon do with Korean/Swiss/ Argentine kids of Park Jooho. Even though Park Jooho play soccer he used to do tae kwon do. So Josh and his wife should be babysitters for a day with Park siblings. And Gabie should speak Spanish to Park siblings. Josh already met Hammington boys on return of Superman.

@@de3m3m3s It probably is their first time, some people just have an affinity for certain martial arts. Considering everything they learnt here was rather basic, it's not hard to imagine a few of them taking to it like fish to water.

Can we keep them please 🥺🥺🥺 I don't want it to end. This group, filled with all the different personalities was such a delight to watch. They fully emersed themselves in the Korean culture and experience. Can we do a follow up series with them all. P.S Jayden is the best.

Yes! Also, what a wonderful personality! We've seen Harvey be gracious, kind, supportive, eager to learn, etc. The hug he gave the instructor (a.k.a. Olympic champion!) was just awesome.

Harvey is genius, the korean alphabet, the game pc, and now taekwondo. He is natural

Absolutely impressed at some of these lads for being able to pull off the “spin kick” (we called it butterfly kick in my taekwondo class) in such a small amount of time!! Harvey and Jayden stole the room

Max is just so approachable, friendly, accommodating and funny in every episode I have seen. Jayden shines here. I guess everybody shined in certain episodes equally.

Max is Ollie's updated version. Jayden is awesome here, harvey is unbeatable when it comes to competition and Bobby is damn cute. Love them all.

I work as the assistant program director at a taekwondo school under a grand master and I'm testing for my yellow belt this week. It was so fun watching this and getting to see some of the roots of this martial art that has become my life. American taekwondo and Korean taekwondo are different in a lot of ways but the same in all the ways that count.

Jayden's looks at the camera had me dying! He is so effortlessly funny 😂

So sad that we're nearly at the last episode! My mum and I are really interested in Korean culture, and I've been watching this channel for a few years. When the boys' series started I knew it would be a hit! So I showed it to my mum and we've loved every episode. The boys are so respectful, full of life and very decent, not to mention they all bring their own unique value! Everyone else involved deserves so much recognition. The Korean Englishman crew, the teachers, and of course all the incredible people introducing their own culture to the boys! I'm so honoured to witness these wholesome and genuine moments. Thank you!

LITERALLY ME TOO! It started with an army ration video that had me loving the channel. Started showing my mom the high schoolers and the two rappers and she liked it! Max is her favourite, it’s how he presents himself but I feel like any mom would love him 😅

All of these episodes have been so much fun. But as a Taekwondo Black Belt, myself, this episode was so much fun to watch. Brought back memories of my first Taekwondo class. Loved it.

as a person that has doneTaekwondo for a ton of years now, i can say that all of them genuinely did amazing, i'm actually really surprised🥳

Maaaan, I can't deal with the fact that this series is coming to an end. It feels like they've been months in Korea just because of how much content was filmed. This has been so great to follow every week. ❤️

Love how supportive Max is of his homies, always. He is always encouraging other's to succeed. I think we should all adopt this idea into our own lives!

Once again these young men don’t disappoint. They seem to know how incredible this experience is. I mean, they are loving every moment of this and also embracing the honor of being taught by an actual Olympic medalist. Bravo boys! ❤🙌🏻👏🏻

9:34 that was one of the best kicks, he raised his leverage knee instead of swinging his leg. Knee then kick. It was basically perfect. I'm a green stripe btw, it's fun to see that i've actually improved from white belt.

Jaden‘s face after he does so well is hilarious! It’s really fun to see him be appreciated so much! He Was fantastic for somebody who has never done it before!

As a viewer, I'm getting emotional thinking that their trip is gonna end, can't imagine how the boys felt. I'm sure this trip will always hold a special place in their hearts.
