Given all the things I’ve said, would this be something that you’d carry?

I finally recieved my Dagger Micro a couple of weeks back. I took mine to the range and fired 200 rounds through it using the one magazine it came with plus one more that I ordered. One is slick stainless and the other is matt black. Both magazines loaded to FULL capacity with NO issues. I fired the 200 rounds without one single malfunction of any kind. No issues with either magazine. The gun hit dead center at 20 yards. I took the gun home, cleaned and inspected it. So far, absolutely no issues or worries.

Ordered 2 slick mags. Could not load more than 2 rounds. One nag follower inverted 90 degrees. Very disappointed to say the very least. Will contacted to contact PSA to replace them. Was for my wife's Glock 43x . I have bought 3 dagger 9mm and they are outstanding! Same with the AR15s . I will not order a micro dagger until the replace the mags .

I had failure to extract on 3rd. Then had a bunch more every 2 or 3 sometimes one after the other. Was using Monarch 115gr. Next day shot 50 rds of Federal 124gr and 50 rds of Speer Lawman 124 with no issues. Shot 50 rds of Winchester 147 JHP and had 6 out of 50 failed to extract. Shot 50rds of Speer Lawman 147gr JHP and had 3 out of 50 failure to extract

These guns definitely like the 124gr, seems to be common use for folks during the break in period. I personally ran my 115gr and for the most part had good successes, minus the things I mentioned. Have you made it all the way through 500 rounds yet?

@@VPTACTICALand my mag is also really stiff. Loading the mag isn't easy. I couldn't get the mag full loaded to 15. After my time at the range, I finally was able to get that last round loaded but it was very hard to do .

@DRCS69 I use the Maglula loader and it helps, I also found leaving a full mag overnight helped with the tension. Give that a try.

Very interesting I had 3 FTE within my first 500. My slide also got stuck brand new. Broke in and that went away. I decided to carry mine after the 600+ rounds I have put thru mine at this point. Currently working on getting that round count up with my SCT43sc set up. Good video and update.

Thanks for the feedback, maybe it’s a common issue with them. Probably tolerances and it just needing to truly break-in. That SCT is 🔥 btw

I put 200 rounds of 115 grain ball and 150 rounds of 124 grain +p hst through my c-1 yesterday with 6 OEM Glock 43x mags and 4 OEM PSA micro slick mags. Zero ftf, fte, stove pipes, absolutely flawless with the exception of 2 fail to lock backs. 1 Glock mag and 1 psa mag. I separated those 2 mags and the next mag loads they locked back. So far it’s been an excellent little pistol. I just ordered the regular 43x style yesterday as well so we will see if there is any issues with the non compensated slide.

That’s great to hear - sounds like things are working smoothly. I’ll bet that lock back will get better with more rounds and usage, we shall see. Drop a line once you get the extreme carry and have some rounds through it. Curious of your results and experience. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.

@@VPTACTICAL It looks like, the bottom of the tip of the firing pin broke off. I really don't want to blame it on that aac 124 grain ammo. Although, one of bullets looked like a .380 because the projectile was shoved into the casing. Just the one! And I didn't fire it. but it still makes me wonder. By the end of the range visit the micro was shooting like and air soft gun. Had to recharge a new round every time.

It certainly ain’t a Glock 43X. My mags had bits of plastic flashing left in mag tube, hard to load even after letting them sit for a month loaded to capacity and floor plates bulge. The version I have had 2 FTE. Only 60 rds so far. We will see if this ends up at pawn shop

Thanks for the feedback, I’m sure things will get better with time and more rounds. If you’re having any major issues then I’d reach out to PSA for warranty work. They’ll stand behind their stuff 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸. P.S. - leaving the mags loaded under tension won’t necessarily wear them in, repeated use is the bigger factor. Just a thought…

I don’t think springs wear out being under tension, it’s the act of repeatedly being compressed and uncompressed that does it.
