Yea, dual sword isn't that big of a nerf with the 33% increase in duration, I think they just decreased the burst potential of it.

They are still ok
With the mobility META it feels like all weapons E's that have some overall movement (if you account for animations and delays) should get that "hit enemy" condition for cooldown reduction with overall longer cooldowns. Cause its just not enjoyable to play weapons that have 0 movement.

I'd be down to see more mobility nerfs, but they'd absolutely need to increase focus fire protection across the board. A lot of players using these mobile weapons are just trying to avoid group gankers, not abusing the weapon in the mists/hellgates/etc. as the nerfs seem targeted towards.
Demon Armor is the counter to Energy Shaper that is why it isn't used as much. Maybe you could cheese it as a bomb squad????
You gotta try new Tombhammer it’s so good. Been doing the most DPS in arenas with it, and very bursty in 1v1s with E, assassin shoes and W1.
Which are better now, Royal boots or Soldier still remains king with the wanderlust ability?

Royal boots is better imo
pulse is actually 4 sec and was nerfed starting from 159>to now 109 so its a 50 percent nerf

BLOODLETTER BUFFFFFFFF, 17.5 second cooldown for e!!!
They killed the double swords. It's not normal if a pyro can easily kill him face to face.
So dual are back? Are op again?

They are not OP perse but they are still useable
I think they should remove the shapeshifter instead of nerfing it all the time. How idiotic moves by SBI.
2:25 hit a player under 40% !! Everyone omits this part but it is oh so important. Now you're insanely punished for using E not only to move, but for just doing damage with it. You hit a player just to do damage in a fight - oops, still get full cooldown. With DBS its not the same, you need to just hit enemy, with no other conditions.

bro they decreased the atk damage from 100% to 65% so actually they hurt the duals plus the decrease atk speed....

Pulse shock is 124 to 109 damage after nerf Fearless strike 150, and 135 after nerf Pulse is literally on a what? A 3 second timer, vs a 20 second timer? Only viable sword for mists about to be dumpstered in comparison, just grab Primal Staff you still get an E with a piece, but also a knock up, and a fear, and a low cooldown stun on Q with all around better cooldowns.
Devs have nerfed all melee weapons as a means to go after the brawl meta, without nearing anything besides guard rune that supports the brawl meta, like duskweaver Armor, feyscale robes, mistwalker Jacket, Shoes of Volar, graveguard Boots, Rootbound Staff, and Knight helmets I'm sure I missed some. All these things help your front line just live on top of the enemy back line which is what the brawl meta is.... All nerfing melee weapons are going to do is give range damage a favor in 1v1, which kite in 1v1 will always be the strongest play style with one handed frost not even being noticed, and you will have bigger problems fighting a 1 handed spear vs a carving since they can cripple your boots making them set the pace of the fight. Nerfing carving if not an example of going after the brawl matter, would be a example of nerfing something that is a popular weapon to IP abuse in mists which you can't balance unbalanced fights to start with when you have 300-400 IP up on the person you are fighting.... Devs need a place of balance for everything and bring shit to that level, all we have now is all I repeat all melee has been put under all range besides one hand fire that has gotten nerfs this season. Either the devs are wrong now about the balance between melee and ranged damage, or they have been wrong about melee weapons and ranged weapons balance as a whole with little to no exceptions for the past 6 years.
