Hello! From Marie's channel. I have never had coffee in my life. When I was a child and saw my parents and aunts and uncles all drinking coffee, I decided that only grownups drank coffee, and I never wanted to be a grownup! Well, I'm 69 years old and a grandmother, but it's questionable if I ever did grow up! Lol 😂

Lizzy, be careful of the energy drinks. Try not to do more than 1 a day. My sister was experiencing a weight feeling on her chest, and she was actually going into cardiac arrest from her energy drinks. Luckily, I had medical training and took her to the hospital her doctor said she was overdosed on caffeine. She would have 4 or more. So, just a little heads up.

@@ItsLizzyI can tell you something worse than that. My 38 year old son use to drink those darn energy drinks all the time. He was perfectly healthy. He had a massive heart attack and died. The dr said it was from those drinks. So coming from a grieving mother please, please stop drinking them now.

I’m so happy you listened to your body, Lizzy!! I had my annual wellness check-up last week and one of the questions was, “Do you use alcohol and caffeine??” Both in the same sentence!! It dawned on me later.. I don’t do either but on my next visit I will definitely ask why did they group together the two. Great video!! Have a great evening 💐

Congrats on the caffeine thing, you can accomplish whatever you want to! I started taking magnesium too before bedtime, my dr said it will help me sleep better and so far so good!

I had that same feeling when I started drinking bizzy too. It’ll pass. I still drink my regular coffee every morning even two mugs full lol I think the espresso is too strong.

Hi Lizzy, have you tried English breakfast tea? I love tea because I'm allergic to coffee. Tea isn't as strong as coffee. Decaf tea good too. Energy drinks can cause palpitations. Hot chocolate is nice for breakfast. Thanks for your lovely video. Tallulah in the UK 😃🌞

Hi Lizzy! Here from Marie’s channel! I was the same way with coffee I noticed after I was drinking a cup first thing in the morning I’d feel like crap afterwards. Now I try to drink water first thing when I wake up and it’s been a game changer I’m noticing some days I don’t even end up drinking coffee! Enjoyed your video beautiful!

Great video, Lizzy. I had to cut back on caffeine about 3 years ago. No health problems. I just realized I wasn't drinking enough water. Now it's 1 cup of coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day. Have a great day ❤
