It makes meal times during the week easier or at least quicker.

For Brussels sprouts I love to boil them first so they get tender, then I’ll drain and pan roast them to make the outside crispy!

I love the recipe on the screen! It is easier to screen shot while I am thinking about it before my kiddos distract me lol. Thank you for sharing! I enjoy your videos and tips for healthy eating/prepping❤️

I love that you put the recipes on the screen while you’re making the food so we can just do a quick screen shot of it! 🥰 and your way of cutting onions 🧅 is way better lol

Had a lovely lunch salad last week: Canned tuna, halved grapes, Feta cheese, olives (prepped on the first day). Toss with lettuce/spinach w/ever you like, drizzle some olive oil as a dressing. Sprinkle some hemp hearts. Loved it! I am inspired by you to prep some alternatives for breakfast/lunch for the toddler. Something including eggs and fruit. We always give bread. She doesn't like porrige and I don't have time to prep anything else in the morning.

Putting the recipe on the screen is definitely preferred! When I screenshot recipes it is much more visually appealing rather than going to the description box where the font is smaller.

Great video I always love to see what you meal prep! Unfortunately with the increase of prices everywhere my family and I only afford the exact meals we plan for the week so we can no longer purchase extra snacks or snacks in general cause of budget. I’ve been watching several of your meal prep videos this morning and love them. I watched this one with the brussel sprouts. I like mine very tender also. I cover with foil to steam in the oven until tender then uncover and then I broil them for a few minutes to brown a little. I love little cabbages also.😉

Thanks for sharing! Just a quick suggestion. I make my own easy gluten free gravy with gluten free broth/stock and a cornstarch slurry. I grew up on Cottage pies (with various meats) and I'll often add mixed veggies instead of corn. Love your channel!

When our bananas start turning brown, I stick them in the freezer still in the peel. They turn black and when I defrost them for banana bread they squeeze out nicely and taste great baked!

I totally cut my onions like that and my peppers because of you!!

For cloves of garlic it's best to grate them for maximum flavor. It's also a good idea to wet your knife and fingers so it doesn't stick

when i make shepards pie I love to add taco seasoning to my ground meat and adding a can of cream corn and a can of sweet corn, potatoes then cheese and baking it. when serving up i add some jalapeno juice or pepperoncini juice. SOOOOO yummy.
