They moved it right to the top of the global lighting under Ambience - Environment.
UI appears to be useless and made for ultra beginners. This doesn’t feel like a program for Professionals because the buttons are so big. So many things require extra clicks it just feels clunky.

I disagree, the UI is easy to get used to and that's what it is designed for. There is no need to make it look "professional". TM is build for architects that like to use a renderer you don't need a Uni degree for. You like it more professional, I suggest you use Unreal Engine. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts after using it for a couple of weeks. There the icons are tiny, the software is extremely powerful but so sophisticated, its only designed for professionals.

It has his challenges but I think it is a step forward. Sometimes it's just a matter of getting used to it.
