@天道総司 Hello! The white and yellow come up with Burst I believe for getting multiple hits. The red one is from status trigger. I believe the white is for any raw attack buff. The Yellow for element attack buff and the red is status trigger's effect.

I’ve personally been running a makeshift version of your previous blast build where I augmented out 1 Powder Mantle and in its place I got 1 Wind Mantle. I’m able to use wire step so frequently that a single point of Bladescale Hone with Masters Touch gives me near infinite purple sharpness (this is on the Scorned Magna Swax without the Shapeness +10 bonus). I was thinking about making a Wind Mantle-Bladescale Hone-Adrenaline Rush-Status Trigger-Buildup Boost build with the Scorned Magna Swax, but I still gotta grind about 30+ Anomaly Levels till I get to 200 This update is insane

Ha.. one point of bladescale. I might take that for a spin. If you are evading that frequently status trigger will give you a ton of damage. While the blast status is low on the SA if you are applying it on every hit the damage is pretty non trivial. The hardest part right now is squeezing in all the evade goodies but still maintaining all the staple skills. The Adrenaline Rush level 4 deco really helps.

I should also mention that the build I’m using right now has 0 Wirebug Wisperer built in. The Wind Mantle recovery rate boost makes it so that I can use back-to-back counters with only 2 Wirebugs. Right now I’m using an Attack Boost 3 with a lvl 2 slot talisman but I might grind for a lvl 4 slot. I can’t begin explain how good it feels to never stop attacking for any reason. I’m using a makeshift build, but a dedicated evade-blast build could push it over the top into ridiculous levels of fun

I like how you set your evade poison 👍 ultimately evade poison is my most favorite status style for swaxe, with this TU4 I'm still using my build of gold rath (helm & Waist) Risen chamelios (chest & arms) Archfiend legs cause, health drain doesn't bother me. The build of armor may sound weird, but it 💪 I love the thanatos serpent swaxe with full attack augment. I'm currently trying to implement a prototype build by replacing the helm with Risen kaiser and the legs with Risen valstrax. I started it this morning. I just need to do the calculations 😅

Hmm yeah you’ll need to slot or augment in 2 status trigger. I find the 3rd point of status trigger pretty valuable myself. Yeah I love the build. With Cham blessing the poison damage is a lot better than it seems and with foray and 60+ poison on the SA. Easily poison the target the entire time.

I don't personally use exhaust much but exhaust is a bit more universal. Multi target hunts or drop in multiplayer I typically just bring the blast as it's the most versatile. Paralyze against diablos every time. It absolutely trivializes the encounter. Poison against anything not fully resistant and low ehzv ~15 or so. Examples are Mizutsunes, Magnamalos, Gore magala normal Bazel Blast - Astalos Valstrax I prefer poison but Blast doesn't really matter as much the target's weakness to blast. The build mostly deals raw damage and just piggy backs off of status with buildup boost. Element did get a major bump but so it _might_ be closer now even in lower element. Still to be determined.

How does the Garangolm SA stack up in the exhaust build? Fully crafted with the extra sharpness to get it to white and as much attack as possible? Would it fair well against the other two options? Or does it fall short?

It falls short. But from what I can tell not by a ton. So the damage difference moving from white to purple sharpness is about 5.3%. Golm gets 20 more raw and with the slots can probably make up the handicraft to reach white with its own deco slots. So it’s 410 raw on golm vs 390 on reconqueress. 410 is 5.1% more than 390. So purple sharpness reconq wins here by a tiny bit.

Looks like these builds haven't changed much, though I personally wouldn't run Adrenaline Rush or Status Trigger unless I've got points in Evade Window, because I am not super-good at dodging through attacks without it, and that eats a lot into DPS.

Yeah, it's tough unless you like wirestep. There's a evade window option to go after adrenaline rush with lucent gloves since you get 3 EW. The 30 raw is pretty nice. I was running lucent gloves before the update.

Embolden is also an decent option since it gives you evade window x depending on embolden level.

So for general use would you use the blast or poison build on multiplayer?

I would use the blast, it is more consistent damage since the majority of the damage is just raw.

What are your thoughts on Dragonheart for SwAxe?

Dragon element build with dereliction is completely nuts. Stacking strife the element numbers seem crazy. Doesn’t work for the other elements though. Even so, it seems stacking furious is a big enough gain.

One question, is it better to go for status effects or elemental damage?

Generally speaking element will do the most damage when the element hit zones are good enough (~20 or higher) though raw status is best as element hit zones get low. Like valstrax or mizutsune. Of course status has an advantage that one largely works on al targets.

For the evade para, i was able to get 123 hits of white sharpness with just MT 2 and seemingly 20k damage, is it necessary to go for 3?

Seems like you’re fine? In practice you may hit non weak zones so that’s something to consider. But the para build in particular has a lot more white than any of the other weapons, 60 hits of white. Assuming 90% affinity and MT2 and 60 hits of white sharpness the expected number of hits to reach blue is approximately 130 hits on a weak spot. Seems ok to me. Good catch, I might try taking out a point of MT too!

Is evade poison viable in 3-4 man hunts? I imagine because it takes longer to poison foray will lose value most of the time

Yeah it’s also harder to successfully evade the monster in larger multiplayer too since it won’t target you enough. I’d probably lean more into blast myself at 3-4. I’ve found in 2 player evade is still fine.

I have a question. Another youtuber said something about crit not being the best, but I also hear others say that it is good. Should I or should I not be using crit skills?

Great question. I have a video discussing crit on the channel if you want to see more details. It’s not a simple answer but the jist of it is that it’s not as bad as most people seem to think. In fact it is very close but must be paired with crit boost to be comparable. I think my short answer is crit eye isn’t that great on its own but if you have 3 crit boost and weakness exploit it’s the same or better than attack boost minus the zsd combo.

Unfortunately I feel the build has fallen behind a little bit in the past few updates. However it's probably still strong. An alternative is the lucent nargacuga and use buildup boost along side it which I think might be better. One unfortunate thing is weapon augments give 10 sharpness now which makes it harder to wear down the sharpness for grinder (s). Couple new things are a level 4 grinder (s) decoration so it's easier to get it into the build. If you do want to run it, honestly it would be very similar to the blast build except with lucent nargacuga SA instead. Slot grinder (s) in and replace master's touch with 2 polish.

@@akoya2491 Typically I always use Dango Bird Caller Level 4, Danger Boost 3 and Dango Medic Level 1. Usually fill up on spiribirds for more hp and 15 extra attack. If it's an arena then Dango Boost 4, Magnamax 3, medic 1

@@akoya2491 1st slot is just preference. Doesn't really matter. I use forward overhead. 2nd slot Finishing Discharge 3rd 2 stage morph 4th I actually tend to use wire step more these days. Easily avoiding attacks and getting evade benefits seems well worth it. The harder monsters using zsd can be kind of dangerous. Gambit is nice though too. 5th Burst counter. With Phial switch boost and regular morph attacks gauge is very easy to manage.
