Toyota Australia has released pricing and specification details for the current-generation HiLux ute’s latest facelift, which has made it more expensive than before.
On sale from August 27, the new HiLux line-up starts from $23,590 plus on-roads, up $1715 over its predecessor, with price rises ranging between $1440 and $3160, depending on the variant (see full pricing table below).
The launch line-up consists of the familiar Workmate, SR and SR5 grades in single-, extra- and dual-cab configurations as well as cab chassis and pick-up body-styles.

When will hilux go hybrid??? The low end electric torque would be awesome off road. Phev would be brilliant.
We are waiting for the new D-max and Hilux here in NZ, Currently have a 2018 hilux and cant find a good enough reason to go Ranger. Our XLT's dont have adaptive cruse which is a biggie, Also a mention is how low the dash comes down in the Ranger for foot room on the pedals - never mentioned in reviews. Be interesting to see what the Dmax has to offer, I know the new Hilux to arrive will be good so would be a safe pick without testing them all in person.

My mate entertained the idea of the HiLux, being a Toyota man....enter the new D-Max!👍🏼😍💵💵💵💵 “Have Toyota done enough with the new face lifted Toyota?... We look “FORD” to your comments...”🤣
The single cab workmate petrol auto would do me on my small acreage property.
Much prefer the 2021 Isuzu Dmax. It's absolutely the best option for your money without settling for less

very important American cars have good specifications and are cheap compared to Japanese cars, but the only drawback of American cars is the lack of quality and frequent breakdowns, and this causes a drain on US car owners' money to spend on spare parts and maintenance, as well as a waste of time and effort of American car owners during their frequent maintenance period and additional costs for renting a car for use during The maintenance period, especially if there is congestion at car maintenance shops, and as for Japanese cars, especially Toyota, their faults are few. I call on the world to boycott American cars to force factories to manufacture high-quality cars similar to or higher quality Toyota cars. The campaign's passion for the international trend so that everyone knows about it to participate in it so that its impact is strong and its results are wonderful, as well as urging a boycott in the media as well
