NEW TIMING CHAINS AND GUIDES ON THE BUDGET 4.6 2V PI SWAP

#ford #modular #budget #piswap
I'm finally able to hang some timing chains on the low budget 4.6 2v. It is a non pi short block with pi heads and cams that has been rebuilt and refreshed.

You need to swap your curved guides or your gonna wear down the driver side guide...The one you have on the pass side or right side with the bump in it is shallower.I just finished my build and ran into this...You might be able to get away with it,i just didnt wanna risk it....

You are correct. And this was probably worth mentioning in the video. If you watch my previous video when I introduce my new daily driver, I mentioned i ran into a problem....this was the problem! I don't know if it was a manufacturer defect or what but I couldn't get them to work so I swapped them. Good eye! And I will mention it in my next video. 👍
