I find that many of your tips for travelers are good ones and help to prepare people for what to expect here. Thank you for doing these videos for the visitors coming to Egypt. Something new at the east entrance of pyramids. They are requiring a credit card only to pay admission. Not sure about the main entrance as I never use it. I haven’t seen videos mentioning exchanging currency and the various options for doing so. Bank vs Black Market vs Exchange at ATM. Touching on the subject might be good one. Pros, cons and risks. I guess if you have more time in Cairo and in the Giza plateau. If you plan to spend time visiting the pyramids, surrounding area, camel ride, interior of pyramids etc, it would distract from going to other areas, I would think. So many ppl I talk to have gone to Egypt but didn’t have time to visit Upper Egypt. I encourage doing so. The original museum at Tahrir square is rich in artifacts and worth spending the time. Egyptian food is delicious. I believe that, fast food place has a bit “airport “ feel, they could have done a little better honoring the culture of Egypt as to food. I'd estimate it's less than 5%. None of the galleries are open, just the Grand Staircase, and then five objects on display in the Great Hall. That's it. I would focus on the original Egyptian Museum (Old Museum) in Tahrir Square, and also the NMEC, and then if you have more time, add in the GEM.

Many Western architects have already moved on from the ugliness and aggression of modernism & postmodernism where the novelty and egoism rule supreme. That’s an argument I hear a lot-most of the objects on display aren’t from graves though, but rather from temples. The objects from burials though are raising some controversy, especially the displayed human remains. I’ll be interested to see in the future if museums do something differently with these objects and human remains. Unfortunately, many, many burial sites were already plundered in antiquity, so a lot of objects on display in museums are from graves that were already desecrated in antiquity.
