    Great video , I’m a 68 year old bass geek and absolutely love watching your videos and learning new techniques.     I bought some of those jaw droppers about 2 years ago but never really used them, only hopping it off the bottom. I like that walking the dog. I got to try that.

    I will have to try some of those jig heads for some smallmouth here in western North Carolina. We have deep clear lakes around me so scopeing is a must if you want to have a chance at winning a tournament but I just like to scope!

    Thanks for posting, I hadn't seen these before. I was only able to get 3/16 jig heads so far. I tried one with a 3.3 Keitech Swing Impact FAT Swimbait and was disappointed. It swam perfectly straight like a round head jig. But then I used a 5' Caffeine Shad and it was awesome. It was almost "X" rated. It moved like a true swimbait should.

    @@BassGeek I have a situation that I think it would work good in. Near a spillway in 10 to 12 feet depths, moderate to strong current. Snags are a concern. I'm thinking 30 pound fire line. Would that be appropriate?

    I haven’t looked into it but I know that water was “clear” Not Like we Know Clear and it was big bass. The big question is was it a heavier head and was he doing it to keep the bait up more easily.

    I used them last year and caught fish, but for some reason, I was hooking 4 of 5 in the bottom of the mouth dead in the tongue. Makes no sense to me, but that's what was happening.
