Also, apparently the flick does work on 90 as well, it's just a lot harder to time. You can also flick down to up instead of up to down, if that works better for you.

It's genuinely a crime that learning hug tech as wesker requires a physics phd while on blight it's just: "look down lole".

No actually. Some loops require you to look up while hugging, some loops require you to look forward while hugging, you need to learn every loop in the game requires which way to look. I’m not disagreeing with you though, just correcting.

blight is much more based on map knowledge in my opinion, you have to experiment on the hitboxes of every tile and how you move in response to your camera, inputs etc.@@D0qy

If I had to guess this works the same way normal hug tech work's with blight or Wesker. By using the line of sight to judge if the action can be done. Looking up at the start of the dash tricks the game into not seeing the wall and while you can't pass it because of body collision, your grab hit box won't be stopped by it. As for the frame rate...well tech heavy people know that less frames means less game updates so more ways to break it

I always said one of the things that makes Wesker so strong is how good he is on all the maps survivors like to send killers (Garden is the perfect example). I’ve never lost a Wesker match on Garden and this really shows me why. Good video.

My guess is that this is basically the same principle as the alien tech, where you tailwhip upwards and then drag the hitbox down to hit someone behind an obstacle. Except that Wesker's Dash hitbox and hit window is likely much smaller. E: Well, I should've watched a few seconds further.

9:03 I like how you casually do the meanest instant flick I've ever seen and make it look easy without even drawing attention to the fact you did it. I can only dream of doing shit like this and it blows my mind. I hope one day as a Wesker main myself that I can get even close to as good as you

It's always impressive to see how easily you can chain these techs and all ! two questions for you: What is the worst map for Wesker ? (i believe it's the singularity's map cause the hitboxes on the walls are terrible) And maybe could you redo a full revamped Wesker guide with all the actual Techs and best places to train/lear them? Still got a lot to learn :D

The worst Wesker map imo is Eyrie or Borgo. And I honestly lean towards Eyrie just because I kinda like two Borgo tiles, but none on Eyrie. Also, I am working on a full Wesker guide! It'll cover everything I know about him, including stuff I haven't talked about here yet. your wesker is undoubedtley pushed to the max i can only hope to be as good as you are with your power. i usually use wesker power for distance and stopping hold w other than that im almost never using it as anti loops besides at obvious windows they try to bait or pallets it works for me as it cuts inefficencies that might happen from mistakes using the power, i just make it work with the m1 alot or fake power or vault can be useful for some god palets.

Yesterday I played with Wesker on garden of pain, and it was litteral pain. I couldn't use power once with this bushes and all. And also when I got to the parking area, there was around 6 pallets in 5 meters of each other. In endgame survivor with Windows of opportunity told that there was actually 10 of them, not 6. No surprise they all escaped with only one hook from my side. I felt awful, and thought that IF Alranican would be there instead of me, he would definitely get 4k. Well, now I have this video as a proof. Map where I cant use my power at all, Al call his favorite. At this point I'm not even sure, why I spent 1300 hours of my life to this game, if I still such trash at it

That must also mean where u look when u begin the bound ALSO effects all his other techs like hug tech and skinny bert So maybe looking up is the best way to hug tech? Or down? I'm not sure yet. Also FPS for some stupid reason plays a role in how his power works. And sadly the lower your goal is the more it seems to benefit wesker. Which is also ironic considering the dude wants to be perfection lol
