Myself Shiv Shankar Sahu Chef Restaurateur Entreprenuer.
After working in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years I realised that this is the right time for me to share all the experience with my viewers. So I decided to help you all people to make not only good foods but also build and manage restaurants. Here I am sharing my all recipes some of which are solely mine and some are authentically prepared in India.The recipes contain Indian Indo Chinese and continental dishes with some beverages. It is my aim to deliver the easiest recipes and good quality content for viewers who thrive for good food and hospitality related content. Currently I am uploading videos of vegeterian foods only but i have the experience of non vegeterian food also and some day i will publish them also on youtube.
When we say complete restaurant style cuisine we always mean whichever cuisine it is there should be variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes as these complement each other to make dining experience better. So here in my channel i was just uploading vegetarian dish recipes but for a change from now on i have started uploading non vegetarian dishes from my brand new kitchen.
