NEW Suzuki V-Strom 800RE Review! Built For The Road!

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

The Suzuki V-Strom DL800RE is a road-orientated version of the DL800DE. They have by no means just slapped smaller cast wheels on a DE, there are many other changes to this machine to focus it on road riding! Join me as I test it out and compare it to the DL800DE.

Said the people who've never used one. And yes I've been on a 4,000+ mile trip on a sports-type motorcycle at a lot of that was expressway slog against wind with nothing to do but cover miles. If I didn't have a throttle-lock (not a cruise but the next best thing), my right arm would have cramped in agony.

I test rode this bike a few days ago and can agree with all you said, it's a great Road Explorer bike in so many respects. However... and I think this is an isolated case - but mine started vibes at 4k, peaked at just over 5.5 and tailed off mostly by 6k, mirrors were affected at times & so riding at night might be a problem.. with this particular one. That bike, cruise control and a taller screen must be a dream bike for so many. Didn't realise you were so tall, wish I had your range of neck movement.
