@@BullyGarfield. - They want Miguel O’Hara’s 2099 suit to come in blue-and-red and black-and-red variants because in the original comics, his suit was meant to be black, not blue, but like with Steve Ditko’s original Peter Parker Spider-Man, the blue highlights were misinterpreted as the costume’s actual color. That’s why a lot of fans are hoping for a black 2099 suit.

A suit customizer is everything I’ve ever wanted in a Spider-Man game.

apparently, some of the skins change the way the web glider looks I saw a clip of the militant spider skin using his web wings and instead of them being from his arm pits, metal wings came out of his backpack

Guys dont get me wrong...but how the heck do you guys love that suit? As a big fan of raimi suit, (and tobey ofc) that suit in the game looks nothing like the mods or the movies. The lenses look weird, the webbing is too much thick, the head model is wrong (ofc that would be wrong they use the same model for almost every suit). And they got the colors wrong in the first game. Orange instead of red and purple-blue instead of blue.(in fact, a lot of spiderman's suits were orange-purple for some reason. Classic suit was orange blue or advanced suit was orange purple. Probably because the game tried to have a autumn vibe with orange color theme. Since they have dealt with that one in 2nd one, maybe they might fix the raimi's non symbiote suit, if it's in the game.)At least we wont have to worry about that in the 2nd game since we can have the symbiote suit with just pure black, which means no bs colors. I play with raini suit a lot but it just sucks, sadly. I just realized I typed "raini" instead of "raimi" and that reminds me another awful thing: do I ever need to mention how that suit looks in rain? Wow! 😮 I hope they make some changes and fix them.

@@mrcoold I will admit that most of the Suits that should be red in Spider-Man PS4 look more orange than red and it can be distracting at times. But it looks like that issue is being Fixed in Spider-Man 2. I still love the Raimi suit in the first game, but some tweaks would be welcome to make the suit more movie accurate.

7:11, I believe that they will be more of an additional gadget. Since Insomniac knows people may not want to play with them all the time, it makes sense that they'll be in the gadgets tab with the option to remove them.

For the Spider-Verse thing, from a video I saw earlier from someone who got exclusive gameplay Ganke says that when traced back to the one giving the signal it says the person is millions of miles away, Peter simply dismisses it and tells him to look into it further because that's impossible, so as crazy as it is it's pretty likely that's Spider-Verse stuff.

If I had to guess about the spider legs, they may be the "replacement" for the symbiote before/after peter has it. They probably dont work the exact same, but its what makes the most sense in my brain.

Something I hope to see as it would help out evening the costumes a bit would be if they got rid of the Spider-Punk skin for him and gave it to Miles instead. Both are similar characters. Alternate Spider-Men who are related to the persona of Prowler. Miles is the nephew of Aaron's Prowler, while Hobie Brown is the variant/doppelganger of 616 Prowler.

My theory with the robot legs is that they'll serve as a replacement for the symbiote. I'm guessing peter will get venom relatively early on and about halfway through will lose the symbiote to the actual venom host and will construct the iron spider stuff to make up for it. in gameplay it would act the same but it would work with the plot. then after finishing the story we'd get to choose which because plot stops making a difference after the final boss.

Caboose already confirmed that's not the case. The symbiote is basically just a suit, and the special abilities are customizable. You can use symbiote abilities with any skin, and you can use the iron arm abilities with the symbiote. Or have a mix of both sets of abilities

I honestly think it looks the most comfortable to wear in this game outside of the Cat suit.

I don’t really mind the fact that the raimi model isn’t 100% accurate, since I kinda see it as insomniac’s take on this suit rather than a full translation of it from movie to game. Really, all I’m hoping for is an alt that gives us some more movie accurate colours, since it can push this already great suit even further beyond.

According to people who have played the game early, you will have the option to use either the iron spider arm abilities, symbiote abilities, or both as well as previous Spider-man stuff. So, if you don't like the arms as much, you can always switch it out with something else.

I heard that there's gonna be a feature in the game where you can actually take fall damage, but you can also have it on or off depending on what you want your gameplay experience to be like

1:04 I think if you try to go to the mission with Pete, it'll tell you to switch to Miles. You see how the mission icon is purple? When playing as Miles, the entire UI has a bunch of purple, so it likely signifies it's a Miles mission. And to the left, you can see a mission that's a darker blue, maybe that means it's a Peter mission?

It might also be that purple missions mean you have to switch to the other Spider-Man to access that mission and the blue mission icon means you could do it with your current Spider-Man

@@eeveegames3663 Hmm maybe, but it seems unlikely. Purple usually isn’t a color that means “You can’t do this” or “You have to do something else.” Something like that would most likely be red (But probably not for this game cus it’s Spider-Man), yellow, or the icon would simply be grayed out. Another possibility is that it’s purple because it’s a Prowler mission, and every mission type has a different color. I think there’s a few shots where they show the map with mission icons, so I’m gonna look some more and see if I can’t figure it out.

Apparently when you go to a crime there’s a chance that miles/Peter will already be there (as an ai of course) and you can fight along side them and do dual finishers, and when you beat all the thugs they will thank you and then swing away.

@@radrno7 No when ever there’s a crime alert as in the crimes that randomly happen in the open world, there a chance that the other spider-man will be there fighting crime, you can help them and do duel takedowns and swing away when the crime is finished, there are probably some missions and main missions where Peter and miles work together to

I know it would be too much, but I'd love to just be able to do air tricks like the one Miles does when he saves Peter from Kraven's henchmen nets but in a stylish way for combat and traversal. I also hope the "alley oop" move is one of the double takedown moves, not necessarily with a drone, just Miles charging an object or an enemy and Peter throwing at another enemy.

They got the raimi symbiote suit and 10th anniversary suit (which are 2 of my favorite spidey suits for both spidermen)

Pretty sure that suit with the green pants is a reference to that Civil War What If…? comic where he had the falcon wings

Just a little sidenote, not every suit is going to have a color variation. There’s diamonds at the suit selection of things at the bottom like we see the pictures of the shoes. Those are indicators that it has color variations if you don’t see those and it doesn’t have any.

6:42 There was also the Spider-Bot Superior Spider-Man left behind in Spider-Geddon #0. Could be a side quest that ends with you unlocking his suit perhaps…?

7:23 happy to say that, in the first game, I refused to use the gadgets because they were so easy to win with. But I’m the new game the fights can be genuinely difficult and I use my whole inventory now. I thought I wouldn’t like it but it feels good.

Bro we already know that after peter loses the symbiote he gets the spider arms to replace the powers that he had with the black suit (that's the gameplay explanation, but I think it will be a similar thing in the history, like making the anti-doctor octopus suit at the end in spider man 1)

I’m glad Miles’ Classic suit is back from his game, I’m fine with his Upgraded suit but once I’m done with my first playthrough where I just use the main suits, the Classic suit is probably gonna be my go-to for Miles cause that suit is 👌 quality. And as for Peter it’ll probably be the Advanced suit, I don’t care if some people haven’t liked this new version, I freaking love it, really the deciding factor for my go-to suit for Peter will probably be if the Upgraded suit (MCU) is back

We see the black suit from spider-man 3 but we also see a black suit for the 2099 suit and i don't mean the red and blue suit which is called the black suit but an actual black suit like venom black with a white symbol.
