Thanks Branko! Algo hates me, But I keep grinding, :)
Lange are also producing the XT3 tour hybrid boot which is more toward downhill charging good skiers who tour from the top of the ski lift to find good snow and steep lines.
Nothing better than Scott Cosmos or Superguide
made me intersted in the lange shadow!

I skied the Castle K130P, it skied very well. Nice even flex and great performer.
Can you do a video on the new atomic backland xtd and if Dabello is still gonna have the Lupo

Lupo was supposed to be upgraded for 23-24, at least colour-wise…
Not strictly on topic of this video but....I have noticed that most world cup alpine racers put their liner on first and then step into the shell. Is this a better way to seat the heel in the liner? Are world cup liners so thin that putting on a boot the conventional way would just shove liner into shell? Thoughts?
I didn't see anything that would convince me to change rom my Full Tilt Drop Kick Pro boots.
Is Lange still considered a bootmaker particularly suited for narrow feet?

Not so much, definitely a full range of fits in their lineup.
How easy are the new boots to get on and off?
I really want to know if the new Dalbello Cabrio tongue will have a more forward lean stance. That is the only issue I have with Lupos/Kryptons. I would really love it if they made 2 tongues: 1 modern upright tongue. 1 aggressive forward leaning tongue.

Kryptons have always had forward lean control, it comes with the boots as a set of inserts that can be interchanged. The tongue does not generate the forward lean, they only control the flex. The Lupo does not have easily controlled forward lean because the walk mechanism, so you can only use the spoiler on the shell or liner to control forward lean. Want a more aggressive stance? Change the ramp angle on the boot board, in every ski boot that can be done.
Hi. I bought the Rossignol pure elite 120 womens ski boot with a 97 last low volume fit. Before i was using a very old Rossi all track 110 boot with a 100 last which was quite broken down. I felt i skied much better on the new boot. But i found my shins and angles to be sore after 3 days of hard skiing. I am not sure if this is because i have never reallly rolled my ankles to get on edge before and was skiing much harder than i used to. It was also the fist ski trip of the year. But i was wondering if the sore shins were because boot is too stiff for me or tongue of the boot Doesnt fit right ? I have a narrow ankle and lower leg. I was thinking of trying booster straps but wondered if you might have any thoughts on this. Thanks

HI Sandra, If this was the first couple of days skiing with the new boots, it may require just a little more break in time for the tongue of the liner to bed in a bit better. Did you install any type of footbed into them? These help a lot with shin bang for providing stability and reducing micro movements that can build up and knock around your shins. (Also will help align the lower leg better in the cuff, prevent the ankle from impacting on the shell) You could also ensure your cuff alignment is set nice and central on your leg and also look to your stance angles to see improvement. Hope this helps.

@@PatriotFootbeds thanks for sharing your thoughts - yes I have only skied on them 3 days. So may need more break in. I bought a sidas foot bed footbed with a metatarsal support. The boot fitter suggested it would be as good or better than a custom foot bed as I need the metatarsal support due to mortons neuroma. I am also using a heel grip. The boot is low volume and i dont feel as though my foot is moving. But I am wondering if I should have gone the custom foot bed route. And I am wondering why my shins are hurting. I would also say I think my ankles were also quite sore / fatiqued. Maybe because I have never really used my ankles to carve before and just have to get stronger ?? Or maybe something wrong with the boot - fit ? Flex ? Not sure where to go from here.

@@sandraredmond4812 If you can push through another couple of days, it would be good to see if the liner beds in. I would suggest looking at your cuff alignment and playing with your stance as first options before changing the footbeds.

Fischer RC4 Pro with ZipFit is $1100 MSRP, less money than buy a pair boots then adding a ZipFit.
