That chicken "pasta" salad would be so good on a carb smart spinach wrap if you need to drop the bread! Or wrap it in Romaine lettuce for a lettuce wrap! I'm making this this week!

The combination of cottage cheese and feta cheese sounds amazing! I am definitely gonna try this one.
Your husband's reaction is priceless. What a Love-Bug!
The success of your videos is the love y’all share with a lot of cute humor. Love your videos and your recipes! May He continue to bless you and your family!
I make this but instead use Pillsbury croissants but use the raw dough, not the "triangles". Use 2 together, add swiss, ham, honey mustard and top with another 2, closing the 4 sides. Brush the top with melted butter and bake. Yummy!
Cottage cheese? Yes please! So good!!

I like to eat mine with mashed potatoes. Sounds bizarre but it really is good!!
Butter is my "don't run out of it" item. Gotta have it. ❤
Gracie is quality control!
Recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, but that amazing Greek salad is something I can have. The egg salad too, only with Turkey bacon. Thanks so much for these. I'm sure I brought this up before, but Dukes mayo does not have sugar!!!!
Open-faced sandwich are also called smorrebrod. LOVE your show, especially your personalities, you make me smile every time I watch. Thank you! Also, as an extra, my cat is 19 1/2 and has cataracts this past year. Yours is a doll.
Jalapeno relish on egg salad is something I would have never thought of but I NEED Genius

I don’t eat egg salad but I always have a spare jar of Hellman’s. Can’t live without. 🤗
Chicken salad for the win! I usually cube chicken as I don't care for shredded chicken but that fine shred looks perfect.
Mandy, Mandy, Mandy - I love this episode! I can't wait to try the unique Chicken Salad - and yes, I LOVE cottage cheese! The technique used in the Egg Salad is so cool & yes, I guessed bacon. I keep the thin fast cooking kind in my frig all Summer. I think the thing I'm always overstocked on is Mustards - typically have 6 on hand at all times. If u haven't asked, Chick-fil-A sells small bottles of the divine Honey Mustard for $3.99/ea. If u haven't tried the Mucky Duck brand mustard, u haven't lived fully yet - it's pricey when u can find it & I think from UK. I love the Spectator name & ur sweet kitty Gracie too. Thanks so much for the balanced, practical, inexpensive lunches! U are such a great Chef! ❤

The original recipe for a Mucky Duck mustard may have come from England, but the Mucky Duck mustard started out being sold at my local Farmer's Market in Pontiac, Michigan. They sold it out of an ancient refrigerator. This was probably in the late 1970's. I fell in love with it immediately and always had some in my kitchen. It has become extremely hard to find after the original makers sold the company to a larger outfit. Once in a while I'll still see it in a 'Made in MI' store. I got many people hooked on it and am so sad I can't buy it locally anymore.

@@hippietoherbie SO AWESOME to know! Thanks for that history, & I'll look next time I go to the East Side of Michigan + maybe The Produce Station in Ann Arbor will have it!?
Looked like Steven saw the light☺️
always have at least 1 extra bottle of taco sauce, hidden valley ranch dressing, spicy ketchup, and sweet baby rays sweet and spicy bbq sauce!
It's becoming that time of the year we love sandwiches and or the crockpot! So hot around here already! These all are hitting my grocery list asap!!!

Yes, so hot already. I'm in the mountains of Pennsylvania and we have already had 2 days in the 80*s. To to hot this early.
For crumbled bacon, I dice it with kitchen scissors. cook and drsin. No messy crumbling.
Oh my gosh, I can't wait to try the ham croissants.
Going to try it all! So delicious!! I always put bacon in my egg salad.
Loved the reaction when told more honey mustard. ❤❤❤
She's your taste tester lol. Yeah my cat Tigger was waiting for my lunch sample too. I made chicken chili. 😋
Love the look on your husband’s face. It’s priceless
I add sweet pickle relish into my egg salad and onion salt. The onion salt just adds a nice layer of flavor. I would definitely try the jalapeños relish to replace the pickle relish.
I think I'm going to try those croissant ham and cheese sandwiches for our little Memorial weekend get-together. Thank you for the idea. Give sweet Gracie an extra hug.
Love the lunch ideas. I am always looking to something different. The bread looks wonderful. Steven having a religious experience eating the egg salad LOL. Great video.
The chicken salad on a 1-carb wrap is happening today for lunch! Thank you so much, Mandy, for these delicious ideas! 💜
Perfect timing, I was just looking for new lunch recipes that won't heat up the kitchen. It's already hot and muggy here in Southwest Tennessee.

We're having the same weather here. It's like July instead of May up here in Wisconsin. Add the horrible thunderstorms. Yesterday, the power went off several times for about 2 hours with all 3 storms that came through. More tomorrow.

@marymasiakowski5042 yeah, our power was out for 30 minutes or so. I always worry when ours goes out. My hubby is on oxygen 24-7 due to Covid damaging his lungs.
Kraft olive oil mayo Hidden valley ranch mix Franks hot sauce Louisiana tea bags And knorr chicken powder!
what things can i not live without and always have on hand? Siracha, General tsao sauce, dill pickles, Dukes, plain greek yogurt, butter, soy sauce. I do keep a large amount of condiments on hand. For my husband, it is a can of yellowfin tuna and English Muffins. We got our first Wildgrain box today and already enjoyed the Croissants!!

Yay! Those croissants are AMAZING ♥️
I always have mayo, mustard, dijon, german whole grain mustard and dill relish.
Your husband reminds me of my boyfriend Chris. The reason I say this is because my boyfriend gets just as excited as Steven does when I make something simple as my egg salad too. Love ❤ you guys!
I am hooked on cottage cheese right now! This looks absolutely delicious!
I always stock up on my favorite pasta and pasta sauce with all the add-ins.
Dukes for the win! I am never with out a back up jar!
Mandy, the handle of the shredder snap into lid if you choose. KEEP COOKING GIRL !
One can never have too much Dukes!!
That first recipe I can’t wait to try.they all look delicious ❤
Going to be lots of happy dancing in our house when I make these three lunches! That chicken salad looked so bright and colourful! Mmmmm! I loved the different approach to egg salad and honey mustard is one of my favourite dressings and having a homemade one will be over the top, as we see with Steven's reaction! I love our little Spec-tater, Gracie Lou---so good to see you, precious girl! Mandy, you are amazing--thank you for these great lunch recipes! Have a wonderful week!❤😊
Delicious. We love the Wild Grain products. We never would have tried them without your endorsement. Keep ‘em coming!!

Yum yum and omgoodness yum!!!
I'm definitely trying these recipes. I use spicy brown German mustard in my egg salad. Well, to be honest, I use it in many things. My staples are Hellmann's mayonnaise and the spicy brown mustard. I've just started making sourdough bread. I'm going on the hunt for the jalapeño relish 🤩

@pinkpeony2315 My youngest son uses Old Bay on/in so many things. He loves it.
I received my Wildgrains box, and was impressed with the packaging! A LOT of dry ice and a frozen pack. The food all looks great, well packaged. I ordered a mix of breads, pasta and waffles, and I'll be baking one of the breads tonight.
Will definitely be making these recipes ... I love cottage cheese too. My pantry always has extra Blue Plate mayo, I grew up in Georgia and my Mom made sure to have plenty on hand... I also have plenty of French's mustard and Hunt's ketchup. Thank you for sharing these recipes.

Yes!! I grew up in Georgia on Blue Plate. Moved to Tennessee & had to import it for years. Finally, we got it here in the last few years. I've never even tasted Duke's, but I'm thinking I should give it a try, as it is a staple for most of the cooks I watch on KZread.
Steven just cracks me up 😂😂😂. Love these lunch ideas. Thanks for sharing ❤
That chicken salad looks amazing. I’m definitely making it and adding garbanzo beans. I’ve really been into bean salads lately. I also make egg salad frequently so I’ll try your recipe.
I LOVE the stuffin' out of you Mandy and Stephen makes my day with his humor and sweetness. You are a great combo. You should have seven ZILLION subscribers!
Mine is mayonnaise and mustard
I put my yolks, mayo and mustard in a baggie to mix them plus its a good way to may sure that ur yolks are mushed good
I always put jalapeño in my egg salad. And I put jalapeño in my deviled eggs 😅and top with pickled jalapeño on top. Yum...
Love cottage cheese. I eat it almost everyday with some honey from our beehives.
Just found your channel and have been binging. I was shredding cheese last night and dropped a piece in the floor. My husband said, "We need a Gracie." 😂😂I don't care for cats in the house bc you never know when they have been all over you counters, I would be scrubbing all day. He, on the other hand....
Here I am with my bologna and cheese which is all I can afford. Props to you all who can afford all these cooking things and all the ingredients to make them. I have to watch the Dollar Tree Dinner gal to get anything out of the ordinary on my wee budget. Looks delicious though.
Love cottage cheese!
It all looks so delicious and with hotter days approaching we always make sandwiches. Thanks for these ideas. I’m always afraid of running out of pickled okra, so we have a stock pile in the pantry 😂 We eat it with every cold sandwich 🥪 ❤
I got the same chicken shredder. I used it once and didn't like it. It did not shred my chicken like yous. Now I see what I did wrong. I didn't cut my chicken up into pieces like you did. I put a whole chicken breast in it. And it did not shred all of it like that. So now I know to cut the chicken pieces up 1st and add a few at a time to shred. Thanks I got to try this now. And the chicken no pasta salad looks delicious
i have a few things i over stock in my pantry 1. "Cream Of CHicken with herbs" i always have like 10 0n hand. 2. refried beans. 3. Corn & Green Bns.
yumm and I bet that honey mustard spread on the bread when you put them back in the oven to melt everything would be really good too of even brush it on when they come out hot. yumm
My "too much" item(s) are pasta and cheese. These sound like good summer dinners to me. Thank you for your videos, I enjoy them all.
So excited to use these lunch ideas this summer!!
Loved the chicken salad recipe in this video. It’s my lunch this week. Thank you for sharing.
All looks delish - Yum! 💕
Yum I think the chicken salad would make great lettuce wraps. But there is nothing better than warm sour dough bread. Egg salad another favorite. And the hits just keep on coming. Thanks Mandy.
Just ordered our 1st Wildgrain box, cannot wait to try all the goodies! My husband Joe is more excited than I am, lol
Yum and love y'all
Amazing looking lunch ideas! 😋

SOOOOO good!!
Mandy, out of all the sandwiches,I think the last one sounds the best, but I think I'd do Havarti cheese,I'm not much for swiss cheese. Steven was too funny with that last sandwich,I'd thought his eyes were going going to pop out of his head when he saw the sandwich, the smile, wow ! lol ! I love seeing Gracie Lou, she just makes my day ! Hearing her mow for the cheese or the turkey/chicken or just hearing her period, she puts a smile on my face ! Thanks Mandy, you have a great evening.take care,Laura😊😊🌞🌞
God bless y'all the Chicken salad looks great I also would put in some celery and a dollop of Duke's just saying 😎.. and one of Aldi's where I shop at sells the same kind of sourdough bread also God bless y'all keep doing what y'all do just saying 😎..
I add a ring of cowboy candy to my deviled egg tops, and add my cowboy candy relish to pasta salad, potato salad, and Mac.salad kicks it up for sure
That looks great!😊
All three of these look delicious!
A little dabble! Love it!
I love this video! You both make me smile 😊!
I usually add diced pickles or relish to my egg salad and deviled eggs. I will definitely be making the no pasta chicken salad over the summer.
The croissant sandwich looks GOOOOOOOD!!! I HAVE to have cumin, garlic, tomato sauce, mayo and mustard on hand or I am not calm. Go Ms Particitator!
So great. I really love the way you separated the eggs. We have not done them that way before! First time for everything.
I absolutely love watching you guys! Great looking lunches!
Love Wildgrain, the quality is yummy.
I need to make the egg salad. Looks so yummy.
Luv luv it!
There are great ideas for lunches and even dinner
The no pasta, pasta salad looks amazing!! I will definitely be making it soon ❤
Amazing recipes and love cottage cheese
Thank you for the video👏👏👏👏👏
Love cottage cheese! It all looked so good!!
All 3 of those recipes look and sound delicious.
Awesome recipes, thanks 👏👀👏
Love you guys . And love seeing the kitty
Love these lunch recipes. I have the same egg cooker, its so easy. Going to try the egg salad tomorrow for lunch.
I always overstock tortillas and enchilada sauce, bc my husband LOVES mexican food and I can use up any leftover meat that I cooked earlier in the week and all the half bags of cheese sitting in the drawer in the fridge!
I love the recipes but I love your relationship even more!!!
They all looked delicious, but that bread wow!!
That 1st one would be good with pasta too! Yum!
I learned some new things! Thanks Mandy! I love the 'Dabble' method also! I always - always have tons of different hot sauce in my pantry. Love what you do!
