The venetian blue would look ridiculous (in a good way) with gold hardware.

I really wish they'd do more fixed bridge SS's like the dead spec version, without the pre amp though

Thanks for the update. So basically, they have not changed the pickups since 2021 based on your older video, only colors. Perhaps they are a little more satisfied with the pickups these days which in my opinion, is a good thing. The question i have is did they change the tuning pegs to the new PRS tuning pegs that Paul talked about in one of the later PRS videos?

Faded Black for me. (Still holding on to my Onyx SS too). Also, do you have a video covering the cable or wireless that John Mayer uses? I think he used to use a wireless but only uses cables now? Because they sound better? Or easier to switch guitar in a set?

@@digitalchris6681 I’m not at a guitar playing level where I could justify spending a lot for different colors to get different tones right now, but when I can I 100% will, right now I got a couple different colored squiers though, very good in having unique tones!

Blue would be a clear winner if it was a satin finish 😍

Hey, I’ve owned and toured with three Silver Sky guitars! They did amazing! Sadly they didn’t make it for pure inspiration and composing. Sold’em! Just a thought.

Great guitars yes but man o man, 2800.00 with the same BS tuners? They have to ditch the squier white pickguards! Cream on both would have been excellent! I have a Piano Black PRS SSky with a cream pickguard, knobs and pup covers and it's sooo elegant, along with gotoh tuners. Did they nail it? NO WAY!

Though there seems to be market enough for them to put out a handful of crappy SE custom 24’s that nobody asked for. If they tried actually listening to the customer, they might find they sell more. Another thing: I offered PRS a large amount of money to do a one off Silver Sky for me. They refused.

@@MrChrisJDalton PRS SE is neither crappy, nor "nobody asks for". The Custom 24 is still their #1 seller across the board, and is lauded for their top notch QC. PRS wouldn't go out of their limb to appease 10% of the population, probably less than that since a lot of lefties I know learn righty to circumvent the gear issue. Making lefty guitars at volume is asking retailers to stomach a guitar that may sit there for years. I've seen it too many times. As always, Schecter and Kiesel will always be your best friend.
