I literally missed out on a nice 8 pointer this morning because of my crappy Centerpoint scope. I couldn't find the freakin buck in the scope before it was out of range. Plus my heart was beating out of my chest which didn't help. Great video, definitely want to go with the Vortex ..... they make outstanding gear.

Sorry you missed out. It's frustrating that they put poor quality optics on. It would be better if they sold them without or you have to pay a little more for them to come with quality glass. I can't help with the buck fever. Lol Good luck brother!

You’re supposed to shoot it at 80yards to set the speed ring to your actual arrow speed. Then it sets the reticles right.

I’ve been looking for a new scope. The one that came with my Barnett Hyper Whitetail 410 came with basically these little circular dots instead of cross hairs. My 61 year old eyes can’t see them very well. My grandson says he can see them fine so I’m guessing it’s my age. Been looking at this scope, good job on the video.👍

A lot of state had a regulation where if you had a back/shoulder injury you could hunt with a crossbow.my old man used one after he broke his back.can’t remember the brand but it was probably mid 90’s

This video helped so much I watch the video vortex made and it was so confusing thank you I started hunting like two years ago and I wanted to hunt cross bow so my dad bought me one and the scope was really bad and I got this one and I had no idea how to cite it in And the vortex video did not help at all but yours did so thank you again

I just got this scope and can't wait to use it.... My hawke scope that came with the bow does the same as the 1 u replaced

I may be looking for a new scope myself. I re-leveled my scope it was a little off so I’m hoping that will help.

@@TheHunterGatherer She's great!When I took my crossbow for the first time (Barnett TS380) it took me tripple the time than her to cock it.I knew that I can expect resistance,hardness or whatever,but was surprised that it is that demanding.And I am 6' tall,230lbs working class,but cocking was quite an experience.

One thing that I noticed was the length of the cocking rope. I shortened ours by 8 or 10 inches. It made a big difference. Now it's just long enough to hook onto the string. The first time I cocked it (before I shortened it) I almost blew out my shoulders. Lol

she cocked it like a champ ! i'll add to slide the hooks in tight to the sides of the rail when cocking the xbow . thanks for sharing , jeff

not to pry into sighting it looks like the speed ring needs to adjusted up or down to match the point of impact now that it is sighted in at 40 and knock tune the bolts will help with repeated impact on the target! happy Hunting and GOOD LUCK ON YOUR HARVEST
