Sanctuary Treehouse Resort is the first of its kind in the Smoky Mountains, offering guests a unique lodging experience. Situated on 36 holes of two championship golf courses in the Smoky Mountains, our resort has gorgeous views of both the courses and the mountains. Sanctuary Treehouse Resort in the Smoky Mountains plans to have 130 treehouses spread across 40 scenic acres. Visitors can choose from 3 different types of treehouses: Tree Fort, Tree Fort Double, and the Luxe. Each rental has something special to offer guests. Tree Fort is perfect for families and can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. It features unique amenities like a slide, drink chutes from the kitchen to the lower porch, swings, escape hatch with secret ladders, crank out beds, and so much more.
The Tree Fort Double caters to groups, featuring all the same great amenities as the Tree Fort. It has 2 treehouses connected by a drawbridge that can be raised or lowered for groups to use. The Luxe is a top choice for couples for honeymoons, romantic getaways, and anniversary celebrations, as well as for small families or groups of 4. It offers more upscale amenities, including an outdoor tub, bidet automatic heated toilet system, luxury decor, and more. Each rental provides a one-of-a-kind experience for guests.

Looks like a great place and we were interested in booking until we got in to reserve and saw that it was more like $500 a night by the time you factor in the weekend nights were more, practically double what she stated in the video almost and all taxes and fees made it over $1500 for a 3 night stay and $2000 for a 3 night stay in the Luxe cabin. That’s considerable when you can get larger private cabins for that. Just some FYI for anyone watching and interested in staying. Still a great idea and I hope they do well.

@@AdventureIsOutThere yeah I get that but in your video she said they made it affordable for all starting at $250 and that $250 must be in the winter on a Tuesday. No biggie tho. Looks like a great place and will be well worth the money when they get it all up and going.

Great review of a very unique place. I love the porches and swings. This would be a great place for family reunions. Close together but separate. The future expansion plans are wonderful and you can tell a lot of love has been put into this resort. Thanks for sharing! You definitely have in inside track on new places and attractions. That was Brie's favorite, The Luxe would be a great option for a couple on a honeymoon or anniversary keyman!
Love all the slides and chutes! Just that alone would entertain the kids for hours lol. I could see them sliding bottles down there all day. Also the swing on the bottom deck / fort is a nice touch.

This is a great concept for kids & the Tarzan in heart. Great job in showing us. I too look forward to the completion. Since I grew up in the 50's with pet monkeys and watching the "real" Tarzan on TV and playing in my custom built tree house, I must visit this place. Thanks again. Great vlogs !

@Adventure Is Out There my thinking would be to be competitive with other places and hang a no vacancy sign up ,it's like a race track,20 dollar seats means half full bleachers ,10 dollar seats place is packed and everyone is talking about how good the place is !!!!

Vehicles are allowed until later down the road once they have all their golf carts set up with future expansion.

I was hopeful they would offer handicapped accessible treehouses in the future? A ramp up to them wouldn't be that hard to do. This would be out of the question bc my mom can no longer climb stairs😔

The plan to have treehouses for guests with mobility challenges as they build beyond these first 7 they completed.
The shower is open to the whole room? How does that work? Send the kids outside while you shower and dress?

Hey Mandy! There were curtains you can pull across either the shower itself and/or there was a main divider curtain that you could pull across the bathroom area. It was something we meant to cover but unfortunately didn't get footage highlighting that.
Just be aware that you pay a nice premium for those tree forts

Wouldn't be a very peaceful getaway when i trying to enjoy the outside tv, swing, tub etc. And other quest are yelling and drinking all night right next to you

It looks nice. There is no problem there. It’s overwhelming and overkill. For someone who either camps in a van or a tent, it would be too much unnecessary expense. Also, how many acres? How will all this construction impact the environment? It seems like there is so much growth in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg leading into the GSMNP? If the economy slows down, may impact tourism. What I see currently is: if you build it, they will come. I do enjoy the area. Just pray that zoning will consider the living creatures who are there first!
