K so bought these, installed. They're great. What i need is to be able to have them on with the app while the car is off. Any way to do that? Didn't know rgb function doesn't work while vehicle is off like my underbody and headlights.

1. How Bright are they? Very Important for Night...but including day scenarios. 2. Will I be fined by a police officer for say example...I have them in a bright Blue instead of Red?
