I hate that they don't engrave guns anymore. I guess that's why I always buy older models.

Nice looking gun, but looks are everything so a few questions: What does the gun weight? What is the LOP? Does it come with a shim package to adjust drop and cast? If not what is the cast from the factory?

Darn, no 28ga? Missing an opportunity to compete in that space.

Ive got a 2024 700 that has amazed me. They retooled their entire manufacturing line and the new leadership is kicking ass in my opinion. Every new owner I've talked to and every review I've seen has reported nothing but good things. My next 3 firearms will be Remingtons, an 1100, a CDL 700, and a 783

These are some of the first released by Remington. We are not sure of any other models, except we know these are going to be made in 12,20 & 410 gauges. Keep watching!!!! Thanks for asking.

The “Sporting” version of the Model 1100 is a high end and bright fit and finish line of 1100s and they have never been available with plastic stocks. Remington has the standard model 1100 available with synthetic stocks if that’s your jam. They are much cheaper than this one too.

Title is misleading. Rem-Arms doesn't have the parts to make these. These are likely never to be seen again. Ron's Outdoors has one for sale? Probably... You'll pay top dollar especially if it has nice Figure (not grain) in the wood.

I've asked for a "Sporting 410" new in box and they are according to three providers NOT AVAILABLE.. If you can provide one... I'd like to know the price, and you can send it to her Pawn Shop for transfer to me...

@@Kiwihunting With some of the stuff I've seen from Rem-Arms, I am unsure how they can produce the old quality displayed in this video. I was the ONLY provider of SuperCell (for wood stocks) on eBay for a long time, and had a few customers that complained they weren't correct fit. It amazed me that Rem Arms would re-create stock dimensions rather than get out the CNC code and make them the way they had for decades. And Ken D'Arcy never answered any of my messages on LinkedIn. I guessed he was more interested in racing than guns.

I was just at my local sport shop and I was told they are no longer in production. And was told that if I could get my hands on a leftover NIB at a $1149.00 then I should jump on it. It's exactly what I did since I had seen one the night before on GUN BROKER. @@davidhenzler4817
