Hello Lwazi, I appreciate your video. Do you have any on the ground insight about the news from the government from last summer? Relating to the stability of English teaching conducted by foreigners in China as a whole? Is everything " business as usual" or is the ground kind of shaky in 2022?

Besides training centers and out-of school institutions there has been changes even in international schools, but it hasn't affected us that much. Mostly administrative tasks. As a whole it's still stable, just difficult to enter the country at the moment.

It's dependent on your nationality. Your local embassy will have more information. For South African's they cannot enter at the moment.

Hi, you cannot teach unless it's a bachelor's degree. Please finish your B.Ed and then you will qualify.

Number 1: things will never go back to pre-coved era therefore, who knows when the borders will normalize number 2: from my experience, korean, thai and so on schools are different and i mean in inferior way, China was 40% of ESL market, therefore the whole ESL industry will never be the same as well

China's market is largely export, not ESL. The boarders will be opened when China reaches 80-84 % vaccination rate, and even then it will be on case by case for each country depending on the countries vaccination rate and covid cases. I don't know much about the other countries schooling system, but it's still better jobs than not having any.

What about non native English Teachers and want to work there ?? Is it available and easy or not ?? legal or not ??

It honestly depends on, I'm just putting out Information so you can decide. For me in China, it's working besides the boarders being closed but it's great financial move.
