Step down the cost of flying locally if you can and that will integrate the relationship between the 2 we don't need to have international air port everywhere , on a scooter bike you can travel from umuahia to imo air port at Okpuala near Owerri in 35 minutes , let's have up to date standard bus and bus terminal system instead
