You are igbo. It does not matter if you are abia or not. The sea port is for all igbos, not for Abia a lone. Imo, anambra, Asaba, ekwerre, ebonyi and enugu does not have different igbo dna running in their blood . We are one blood

Our governors should come together and build one major sea port and collectively build rail and road network connecting all major hubs in the southeast. When electric production and distribution is added to this, the place will be ready to take off and compete with any other region in the country

It has always be my desire to see you as Abia state governor Alex Otti And thank God the platform u came in power through, if they allowed u to be Abia Governor since 8 years ago by now Abia state would be talk of the town but thank God u r here, I know u have something to offer not like others, and u have started well, indeed the will of people u r, I wish people r allowed to choose their leaders like they did in Abia state, here comes seaport in Abia state, other eastern governors should follow suit, I wait to see the whole East connected with railway stations and this will not only elevate economy growth in the East but will provide enable security measures, reduce risk and Death, reduce road accident, reduce stress and expenses and finally give the poor masses hope Railway connecting east has numerous advantages than we can imagine Thank the governor of the people

An excellent move. But this seaport should be managed by the igbo personals with administrative accumen and not by the fulani cabals. The second move is a well organised international airport.and a provision for the igbos to bring their businesses home from Lagos.

Northerners including Fulanis will not take risk and invest in Igbo land or import goods through Sea ports located in Igbo land to be burnt by IPOB terrorists with Igbos' support. We Northerners have learnt lesson from the activities of IpoB Terrorists always targeting Northerners, especially traders supplying food items to the south East, killing them and burning their trucks.About two months ago, Igbos burnt Hausa Muslim markets and demolished their mosques in the south East. So, if we need any alternative to Lagos Sea ports,we have Baro sea Ports in Niger state at phase 1 and 2 , and final phase 3 will have to be completed by Niger State Government.Also,we will put pressure on Kebbi state Government to construct Sea ports at Yelwa yauri and LoLo on the river Niger. When these sea Ports are completed the whole Northern Nigeria,Niger Republic, Mali and Burkina Faso, will not need to use sea Ports in Lagos and Cottonou. So, you can confine your Abia sea Ports to Igbos;we don't need them because of risks involved. You understand?
