My grandmother would always use the leftover turkey to make homemade turkey pot pies and give it to us.. They were SOOO yummy! Her health started going down last year so she didn't make any last year and unfortunately, she passed away a few months ago. I think I'm going to try and make the pot pie this year-- carry on her traditions!

I'm sorry for your loss, Haylie. Best of luck with making the pot pie! It is such a great idea, especially to carry on the traditions! If you have a written down recipe, you could even keep it for years and teach your child/nieces/nephews/etc. when they're old enough! :D

I made the stuffin muffins and sweet potato pancakes this morning and HOLY CrAp they were amazing!!!! The stuffin muffins were So EASY and I was really worried about the pancakes cause I used my mothers sweet potatoes which are basically just sweet potatoes two cups of sugar and marsh mellows on top plus some other stuff{secret recipe} BUT OMG I adapted the recipe just a little so they weren't too sweet and my god they were AMAZING!!!! It was PErFECT!!! thank you so much you posted this just in time haha!! :)

Haha, I do chemistry and I feel the same way, I'm used to trying to use exactly all of the stuff you measured. There's probably enough leeway in the recipes so it doesn't matter, or she may scrape them and cut it out of the video for the sake of time. I've given this way too much thought :P

Loved your video, I made the turkey sandwich, I just used what I had, some honey wheat bread, Munster cheese, I also added miracle whip to one side, and of course the stuffing, cranberry sauce, and turkey and grilled it on my stove. It was delicious, I’ve never had a leftover turkey sandwich, but this one was great.
