Thank you! I just tried the skill call of the knife out because since the updated version of the reaper i wasn’t really sure what to use and had a weird feeling with some Korean builds. But this skill is just amazing how good it fills up your persona gauge. Guess I need to give credits to you mate!

nice, make sure 2nd row tripod is not the extra duration cause makes gauge fill slower

doesnt matter, just know that 1 gives more gauge in total but slower and 2,3 slightly less gauge but faster

Amazing video. Noticed you seem to still be using 132 Dance of fury instead of 131. with this it does a little more dmg and puts Dof to very close to brand dmg %. Would be worth checking out

i made a reaper on release because everyone was making one. She was really really fun at first but it seemed like a meme class and it was hard to get her into any sort of lobby for raids and i always had to rely on my friends to let me in with them lol. But also her qualities kept rolling like trash so i just benched her for other classes i was making. a month or so before the current patch, her weapon finally tapped from 40 to 93 or so quality, and i honed her up to 1560 as well as 2 tapping the weapon to +19 to prep for 1580 and i finished her gems and 5x3+1. she's finally eating good after a year of neglect and she's so fkn fun

121, spinning dagger is pretty good for faster burst gauge generation, but offers no destruction and has no range . i like to have both gems in case i wanna try dagger

Idk mate, i tried it but i kinda feel spinning dagger is a bit more smooth in terms of fast cycles and burst meter gen, but maybe i haveo to try it more. Ye obviously the range is veeery comfy to use with call of the knife...but idk, i maybe stick with spinning dagger for now!​@@b4tb

what do u think of 4R? curious as i was hesitant in trying it but it feels right. i dont like call of the knife at all. Have u tested?

i tried in sonavel against equal geared people a few times, but despite doing surprsingly good dmg it feels bad without lvl 10 cd gems on gauge skills.it s not meant for alt reapers only with full 10s it would feel somewhat fine .More punishing and harder to play tho cause if you miss a gauge skill because boss moved or whatever ITS OVER!. It might be good on G2 voldis though...need to try

@@b4tb there's no difference between 4R and 3R on rakathus, your optimal rotation doesn't change (storm, vortex, identity, spear, brand, repeat) ... I play 4R with mix of 987 cd's, don't have any 10 cd, and it feels smooth, but I also have 649 swiftness so >.> For sure 4R is more punishing for mistakes than 3R and the gain is not so noticeable, it's not for everyone.

Quick question. In your honest opinion, for average joe’s, do you think theyd do good and enjoy playing the new reaper? And which build would you recommend?

best to start with hunger then move to lunar, and yes u can enjoy reaper ,to do good u got to practice simple as that, spamm guardians for fun

@@b4tb do you think we should still go swift if we only have 5x3+1 with no elixirs? I like the way swift feels but i’ve seen some ppl say crit is optimal untill you have adrenaline +2 or a certain amount of elixirs

@@Doodmann depending what your plans are with elixirs and if u mind having a spe crit necklace as bonus which i do , i use it sometimes when i dont have a cri synergy, but tbh swift spec is so nice to play that i dont even care if my crits are a bit white. for thaemine tho i go spec crit ether predator i think it ep is a must for thaemine g3

as a full swiftness hunger player i can confirm i have developed all hands issues and my back is broken now im disabled cant walk and im in wheelchair and main altilierist

@@b4tb it is not like i hate purples it is just this build is fun for me i use reapers call spinning dagger and piercing blade and shadow vortex for sure and purple shadow storm but iam not a therocrafter so i can not tell if it is viable or straight up troll that is whyy i asked u to tested and compare if u do not mind ofcourse

bro, nice play. is there any chance you can share your new reaper build with tripods? I have reaper 1560 and he is my first alt but somehow I dont do so much dmg :( Not sure what to do in order to improve my dmgm maybe you can help

G2 u need to use storm vortex spear non identity brand only this 2 with the cd buff u will Mvp, also u only need like the first ticks of mist basically bar like only 20% full

your gunlancer is boosted if he thinks he can't carry reapers. gunlancers make my life 100x easier. tell him to learn his class before he bithces about other classes. for reference i have a 1620 gunlancer and a 1610 reaper
