I signed my first listing yesterday with the help of your videos. I literally started doing real estate out of nowhere, I quit my job after a month and a half of researching late into the night everyday after work and tomorrow I have two more listing appointments that I scheduled this morning. My broker is going to take me up to the school tomorrow to pay for my classes to get my real estate license. If anyone is looking through the comments and you see this, you can do this if you just set your mind to it and really WANT IT and just go all in. Know what you are getting into of course. But if you do get into it, definitely keep watching Brandon's videos. My entire career at this point is built on what I have learned from these videos and everyone in the office tells me that I'm doing great, even though I have no prior experience in real estate at all. I have to thank you Brandon, you have really helped change my life even though we've never met in person which is kind of crazy lol keep making videos please they have been immensely helpful for me moving into this business.

I am enchanted with your sincerity. Social media and movie sell to the public the wrong idea what real estate is . This business creating a good leads data then follow up , follow up sometimes for months and years ! Then make money 💰

The two things I’ve never understood is the fear of speaking in front of a group or picking up the phone and calling a prospect. I just can’t understand how people find doing either or both to be very difficult.
I think it’s okay for realtors to also choose the Redfin route and be an employee where all fees are paid, leads are given to you, paid health insurance and 401k. Some people feel more secure in that!
The reason there's misconceptions about real estate is because there's no reality shows about it or real shows that show the true struggle.

Brandon as a new agent I have no idea where to find or how to put together a listing presentation.
Prospecting ? Lead generation ? Fisbos? What does it mean
I find that the problem is some of these agents that just do social media actually do get good results. I know a few in my office that make big money just on social media and they push that on the new agents. I get push back when I talk about prospecting.

I’d love to know exactly what they’re doing. If they’re doing paper click campaigns, that makes sense and that’s not necessarily organic social media. Anyone who gives pushback about prospecting should be sued for malpractice and should not be allowed to give advice to anyone

@@BrandonMulrenin it’s our team lead. I joined them because I wasn’t getting much support with my last broker. This guy only wants us to focus on buyers and he encourages us to go to his listings and promote them on social media. When I tell them about wanting to cold call or door knock they look at me like I’m talking a different language. Don’t get me wrong the dude is very successful but he knows nothing about prospecting. But yeah to answer your question social media is their only form of marketing and your video about prospecting is king and using canva all day yeah that’s them. Our team is struggling bad.
