I beg of you throw away that Now+ and get any old 600 from the 80s, sick video tho lol the reveal of the color film in the heat had me cackling

I just bought a 40 pack of color I-type on Amazon’s Polaroid storefront for my son’s bday and they all came out great. Shot them on a used $30 OneStep 2. Was it Instax good? No. But they were all good enough. Bro, I really think it’s your camera. The Go is a PoS.

The over exposure is definitely due to the metering but the magenta/warm shift is the heat. Classic double whammy!! Thanks for watching

I don't understand this thing people have with polaroid. For me, it's mostly a bad filme that sometimes gives us a nice picture. And the new cameras seems bad too. I'll save my money from that. But, I need to say I like the pictures that come out nice, and all the different frames they sell are cool as well. So maybe I'll get and old Polaroid camera or the first Now.

I just dropped some serious money fixing up my sx 70 sonar and im regretting it. I live in a hot climate so I know the photo will be trash. I might just stick to b&w since they seem to be “better” than the color film option. 😢

My new mindset is to bite the L for a few Ws I will get great pictures some day 😭🤣 shooting off the One Step +

I wonder if those new film chemistry could survive tropical climate now?

Mr. S.L.P. Yup, It seems like the Polaroid color is STILL no good enough. I speculate that the B&W film looks pretty good because there is only one layer to develop? My history with Polaroid is lost and winding, my father gave me his Polaroid Land Model 100 when I was young. He bought it new in 1964. When Polaroid stopped making the Type 100 Pack film I switched to Fuji pack film and was satisfied. When Fuji stopped I was super annoyed. Someone gave me a Polaroid 600 OneStep Express and I tried the Impossible Project color film. It was unacceptable. I tried the NEW Polaroid color film about two years ago, it was still unacceptable. For instant printing nowadays I use a Fujifilm Instax Link Wide Smartphone Printer. I print photos taken with cellphone or I use the Canon Connect app to transfer and print pix taken with my Canon R7. The results are acceptable!
