This new players beginners guide to Arma 3 is for those who perhaps have admired the franchise from afar, and now want to get started but are a little confused about where and how to start, and also want to know about the Solo / Single Player options that Arma has to offer.
In this video I show you which version of Arma 3 to buy, the cDLC to purchase, what essential Mods you'll be downloading using, how the Arma Launcher works and where the single player campaigns, scenarios and challenges are in the menus. I go through some basics of movement and understanding the controls, and try and reinforce the idea that it's ok to use cheats in Single Player scenarios because these missions are designed to be replayed over and over.

I’ve had this for about a year, was too afraid to play😂. I bought the full Arma3 pack on 75% discount too and Arma X . Played the Vietnam DLC but was overwhelmed with the mission detail. So went straight back to Dayz… will definitely give it another go after this! Thanks for all the content!!

This is great our DayZ server is branching out into arma 3
Yo I bought arma yesterday and was trying to download the S.O.G. Prairie fire but when I click install in the arma launcher it says it works for a second or two then fails.
Will a 60% keyboard work with this game?

Nope. Loading levels will abort at 60% every time. 😐
Ive played a little bit of arma 3 and some other fps games on pc but after trying for like 6 months non stop i just cant get used to using a keyboard, my fingers just dont move how they should 😂
