New Subscriber - I thought I'd say Hello. The grey organizer does not fit because it's not part of the pegboard system :) I finally found these at my Dollar Tree here in Canada. These are awesome but can get expensive. Instead of paying the extra $1.50 for the adhesives packs, I did 3 lazy susans with each size of pegboard & a basket cube in the middle. So much storage. I also zip-tied the larger ones to the back of milk crates. I have a 6' long table L shaped with my desk. The pegboard shows my desk area while the crate (laying on it's side) acts as storage that fits great with the fabric bins. I am in a tiny bachelorette apartment so I made my main room into a crafts room since I live alone. My adult children and Grandchildren live out of town. I used 8 pegboards for another lazy Susan for all of my pasta accessories, canning stuff and stand mixer accessories. I LOVE these so much. However, bigger pegboards go on sale around Father's Day so I have one of those on the wall for my household tools that I use for hanging things. I also have the acrylic drawers. I use those for nails, screws, bolts etc. I have so many things but my apartment doesn't look very small anymore. Everything is in its' place. I just finished about 3 days ago.

I have the clear drawers too! and they're glued together!!

After seeing your tools I don't feel so bad now. 😊 I thought I spent too much on tools but there has to be variety as well as different purposes/uses.

They just finished building a Dollar Tree in my town--signaling the final demise of the Dollar General here. Our Dollar General had been allowed to become dirty and crowded, always boxes sitting in the aisles, pretty hard to negotiate especially if you're handicapped like me. Kind of breaks my heart a bit, as I used to work for Dollar General and always had a good bit of respect for them. Anyway, really looking forward to shopping at our new Dollar Tree, especially now that you've shown us some great bargains you got there! Give Sadie and Chris a big hug from us!

You sound like me, every time my husband says anything about needing to get longer screws to fix something, or seriously ANYTHING, my answer to him is, "I can E6000 it! " and he always says no. One of these days I'm gonna learn to keep my mouth shut and just do the thing to show him how easy I can fix stuff 🤣🤣

Wow, thank you! I've been wanting to set up pegboard forever, just can't afford it. This is awesome! I *LOVE* your idea of gluing those acrylic drawers together! They are the perfect size for so many things, and they take up so little space. And they're clear! I don't have to strain my eyes, or wrack my brain to remember what I have in them. Awwe, sweet Sadie. She is so cute. I just wanna hug her to pieces! 🥰

You could use painters tape to hold it in place while it's drying... LOVE THIS AND AM GOING TODAY TO GRAB SOME OF THESE! 💙

I was in an organizing mood today. A trip to Michaels & I got a 10 drawer rolling cart. Then over to Dollar tree to pick up more plastic trays. I didn't see these peg boards but they certainly work so well at your desk. Thanks for sharing!!

Wendy, Gina from Orchid and Opal has a fantastic pegboard system in her new craft room. I wonder what the savings would be using the dollar store pegboard components as opposed to the system she's used. I'm up for the math to figure it out. I'm bound and determined to get my craft room set up, the more savings the better as I'm on a fixed budget! My sister had a little dog who held her ears up and out like that, which we dubbed The Flying Nun ears (are you old enough to remember that tv show?). She's adorable. Tfs!

Hi Wendy thanks for the video on the organized stuff and I just spend all day prep my strap for my fancy shoulder bag waiting for the glue to dry so it won't move when beading it Native and indigenous bead Applique stitch also thinking about some thing for a video but still trying at least to make up my mind about it good luck with your videos some time they don't do what you what some times good luck with everything

Hey there! We met at Alive After 5!! Love the acrylic drawers! I love the peg boards too only my stuff is way too heavy. I have a big one on the wall and we had to drill it into the concrete....lol It had already fallen once🤯 Which dollar tree did you go to? Also how many acrylic drawers do you get for 1.25? I would love those for my cabochons!!

Hi Debbie! Yes I have a big one on my wall as well. These little dollar tree ones would only be good for small organizing things. Nothing too heavy. I usually go to the dollar tree in Deltona but today we were in Ocoee and I visited one there. The drawers are only 1 for 1.25. I love them though because you can see what you have in there : )

I’ve seen others spray paint them to the colors of their rooms.

None of my Dollar Tree’s carry this, could you give me the phone number of the store where you got these?

Oh no please don't use E6000 they work great I have a mirror hanging up on mine and it's heavy and so far it's been up there for 3 weeks please don't.
