I feel the same way about the highlight. Imagine how pretty a more “muted/milky” version of the deepest shade from last year’s palette would be.

It confuses me so much why in the palette for light skin tones he decided to add a highlighter thats pretty dark? And then no pale nude. When I first saw this I thought it would be perfect because I thought the highlight was like a milk tea colour blush which looked amazing

Ohhh, how beautiful looks on you! This blush palette looks tempting but... I don't know, I really like Patrick ta formula but realize I reach more for other formulas like PMG or Hourglass ones...

Hi I’m a deeper skin tone and the pallet definitely still works for me. I agree I’m not a fan of the highlighter formula as I’ve seen a lot of reviews that agree. Hopefully next year he just comes out with the blushes or perfect the highlighter formula.

I really like the color of these new blushes but it has shimmers! I don't wear shimmery blushes... nor do I need another highlighter... It's a bummer but I think I will pass this release. (Oh but the color of these blushes are just so pretty T_T) Thank you for the review,Stacy.

aw thank u 💜 also good q!! i personally would go for CT, but there are some considerations: Patrick ta is cheaper ($58 vs CT $75) so if budget is an issue go for Patrick ta. However, overall in terms of quality I think CT blows PT out of the water for this palette (I’m not a fan of the PT highlighter which is 1/3 of the palette- the powder is not finely milled enough for me and the cream is clear which I usually don’t reach for). But there are some other things to consider, such as PT having both cream & powder, being more pigmented, and having both pink and peach in jt - whereas CT has more monochromatic palettes and u would have to buy both palettes to get peach & pink colors. also the CT packaging is extremely stunning to me. OVERALL MY VERDICT IS CT! 💖

yess lol I think it’s better functionally and I also hate the reflective packaging from a creator standpoint (very hard to film without literally blinding ppl LMAO) but I understand the aesthetic is nice
