She wont be sad shell be thrilled that you used it😊 i remember Wanamaker in new York as a kid. Never heard of a radiogram. I learned shorthand and loved but never used it. My first job at children's hospital in boston were used dictaphones to transcribe pathology reports. I have that betty crocker cookbook i got when i was a kid. It is still my very fav cookbook and you'd know that by all the spilled ingredients all over it. I hope you scanned some of the lovely treasures😊❤

Good morning Sandy. I am getting to know your Mom really well now 😅😅😅. Seriously though, look how connected you two are, she has a sixth sense for when to call and get her 5 minutes of fame. (Or perhaps Louise calls her and says "Grandma, I did it last time, it is your turn today!). Don't ever worry it is all part of the charm of you and your channel and I love it. I also love that journal and train ephemera. I now cannot move soon enough....... 😊

Hi Teresa! Mom is amazing- you should see her gardens. I'll have to make a movie when I am down there. They live on Wonder Lake and she does low maintenance gardens to accent the natural beauty around them. Lots of perennials, lilacs, baby volunteer trees and I'm going to spend a day doing a little painting of flowers for her soon. Last fall she had me paint a few sunflowers and cone flowers on a few things. Also spruced up a few of her garden statues. We have a good time! And I do think we have some ESP between us. It's eerie sometimes but I love it. She is a gem! I hope your packing up and moving is going along ok? Hugs friend!

@@woolaminajunkjournals sounds like my kinda gal. You had me at lilacs. Moving is slow and wouldn't ya know it, the house finds out you are abandoning it and the furnace breaks down, light switches randomly stop working and the ghost upstairs has been pacing the floor ( our house settles and it really sounds like someone is walking up there sometimes). When we bought our first house my Mom bought us a lilac because she knew I loved them not only because they are purple but the smelllllll. When we built this house you bet I dug up that lilac and brought it with. Sadly after 30+ years we had to cut it down. The roots were going under the foundation. Good news is, over the years that mighty plant wants to are sure it survives. My daughter has several off spring as do I. One year I even had branches in a pile over the winter ans those doggone things budded up. We have lilacs lining the sidewalk all along the main street into Sammamish!

Hi Sandy, as always a unique journal filled with authentic goodies. I noticed you used some of the ephemera you bought from me. Why, pray tell, am I hanging onto it & not sprinkling it through my projects? That's going to change. Last week I was assembling paper packets for the Live composed of--you guessed it---foreign language papers. I don't have ledger, but I do have some languages you don't so I may just proceed as planned. Take care, friend....H
