Roll wit it. 😅I love OUR CULTURE PERIOD and all of the time and MONEY (it ain’t cheap)😅each club spends to keep our traditions going. I travel back and forth (because of work) from New Orleans to the east coast. I’ve explained the history of the celebrations, but when they come down and see it up close, they are speechless and in awe. Our deep roots to Africa, the raw talent and unique style of the dressing makes them proud to share in a little bit the culture that we sometimes take for granted. Pictures and videos have been circulating, and now everyone wants to come during Second Line Season instead of Mardi Gras 😅We are praised for our resiliency because in spite of the city’s problems, we endure and do it well. I’ll never give up on my roots. NOLA. I proudly represent it wherever I go. ☮️🩷🙏🏿👸🏽🤴🏽👸🏽🤴🏽👸🏽🤴🏽⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️💃🏾🕺🏽
