Always wondered why nurses dont just change out of their uniforms before leaving the hospital... We have so many measures like shoe covers & disinfectant wipes when we simply can just change out of our clothing.

+Rhona G Hi Rhona! Thank you so much for the comment. It is crazy to think what we can bring home to our families from the hospital. I never really thought about it until I started working as a nurse. -Sarah

What about stethoscopes? Many nurses drag their stethoscopes all over the place (including the cafeteria) and leave them on tables, furniture, etc. without cleaning them.

Great advice. Love your channel by way. I didn't know where to post this but here we go. Any recommendations on online nursing school? How about WGU pre licensure ? Reason I ask is because my three kids are 3 and under so putting them in day care is costly

+maragchnannel Thanks for your comment :) My husband I are advocates for online education and love it. Online education is really starting to become popular, and FINALLY some programs are starting to develop online courses for the nursing program. They are still relatively rare. I looked up WGU, and their program seems great and unique. They are also accredited, which is very important. I'm not really aware of any complete online pre-licensure programs like this program by WGU. I am only aware of online programs for registered nurses who hold an associates degree and want to obtain a bachelors. But it seems legit from what I could tell from reading their page. I totally understand about not wanting to put your children in day care, and online programs are the best for us mothers. I wish you the very best! -Sarah
