Accidentally commented on last years ha so apologies for the repeat but… I love the first standing archer pose. I felt powerful. But the reaching for and grabbing the sky made me feel like I was grabbing blessings from the gods 🥰

Loved this flow, especially since I'm a sagittarius! This was my first yoga class back since spraining my ankle, so had to do some modifications, but felt so great to move my body again! Loved archer ofcourse! Thank you :)

Definitely worth exploring your new moon sleeplessness… was something on your mind? everything has a message.

Happy New Moon Alison! Almost at 10K, you deserve it! Lovely flow, I really loved the side to side bow pose (I just love thse poses with more movement that you always add in). Centaur pose was a good challenge and such a good stretch. The reading reminded me to let go and germinate those big plans for later in the year, it was very soothing.
