This new moon at the start of a new calendar year is asking for us to cleanse that which no longer serves us without shame. This meditation offers a chance to see shadow aspects of your being. There is also a dismemberment in the process and a chance to intentionally rebuild at the end.
The alchemy bowls offer deep healing and assistance of very high frequencies to attune your energy body to.
