Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

On today’s episode of DIYWILLY, So after the thin exhaust flange cracked I went and ordered a nice thick flange from OMBWarehouse. This new flange has more weld area and should hold up much better. This will be custom exhaust build Ver 2.0 for the Monster 212 in MAX my Mega Moto minibike. Thanks Willy..
So follow along as we build this fresh new Predator 212 engine into an incredible monster machine..

I like that heat shield and may get one. Both of my bikes have that where if I stop and put my left foot on the ground I will start feeling the heat through my pants then I just slide up on the seat. From the size of that muffler it better be quiet. I recently seen a video of a guy doing an exhaust with a frame just like yours. He was very skilled and ran inside the frame and straight back. I built my own header but it's nowhere near as nice as some of you guys doing them. You did a real nice job.

Yes this muffler is big. I could have run it under the seat no problem. But this engine and muffler is actually for my other bike. It has a mono shock and swing arm so space is tight. I figured the best option was to run outside the frame. Thanks for watching!!

Hello nubswithguns, Yes the bike is a Mega Moto 80. I’ve never said it was a 212. The engine is a 212 and I call it my Monster 212 engine build. This MM80 frame has had a 79cc, 224cc and 5hp Briggs on it. Right now the Monster 212 is still on the frame but will soon becoming off to make room for the original Lifan 80. I want to play with that one for a while. Thanks for watching!!
