@@PaulBaker007 Awesome! Thank you for sharing. It was sad to learn that Lightroom is now subscription-base only. I bought a GoPro 7 Black and a Zhiyum Smooth 4. I'm not a realtor, but learning through trials and error how to create smooth vids like yours as a hobby.

You can smooth out the video more if you record in 60 fps and slow it down in post. Not slow motion but closer to 75-80%

Beautiful home but there is no way I'm going to pay that kind of money living so close to other people. It looks like you can reach out and touch the other house. This be is no better than condo's. I was born country and I guess I'll die country. Sorry but I got to have some space. I can get land and a home just as nice for the same price or maybe a little more but it will be worth it.

I don't think they sold the model yet. They typically sell them when they are finished building the community. You can build this house is several of their communities.

Eduardo Ihemis The good ones are celebration highschool, gateway highschool, and osceola county school for the arts (i went there and its a great school)

Went you video taping please go alitte slower you are to fast it give me a headache to keep up
