I wasn’t sold on the interior from early photo shots but from this video the quality seems ok and I rather like the fabrics and reinterpretation of a minimalist look. The screen appears to be fast and it is good to see the option of a supplementary head up display. Being tall the one thing I have liked in previous Mini’s is the pull out seat squab extension to give more support to my long legs. Not sure whether this will be available.

Unfortunately the material quality went downhill. Everything that was soft touch surfaces before is hard pack now with a bit of fabric on it like in a Dacia Sandero.
Nice video, i wanted to ask if this is a real store were you can see this car. Because i would like to see this car in person. If its not in a store, is there any store you know were i can see this car?
Well, yes, they are waiting to destroy the mini from the R56 onwards,Oh and I own 3 a JCW R53, my favorite is a JCW R56 and the GP2 and they are the last ones.you can keep all of them, design 😂 For me the real mini was the R53!!!!

The infotainment system is cool but I've seen many video and it's laggy... Even if we let go of that, the interior feels so cheap and knowing they're going to increase price heavily, it just doesn't make sense... They are stopping mini clubman too and increasing the size of countryman and making it look like a defender clone... Yes, Chinese love range rover and every car trying to be one is pathetic...

exterior looks nice except maybe back side lights, interio plastic looks like from 90s Fiat Punto. Current model is rock solid inside. Why BMW ?
Oh what fun! You took a car that originally was actually fun to drive, made it cheesy looking, changed the transmission from manual to automatic (the Gen Zs don't like being distracted from their devices with something like shifting), screwed up BOTH the exterior and interior esthetics. Who does your marketing and R&D, the same genius who came up with the Dylan Mulvaney brainstorm for Budweiser? No more Minis for me. Hoping this fails big time.

Unfortunately this is the end of the Mini. Too minimalist. From the outside, it looks beautiful, as always. But inside...
John Cooper Works top speed 170 km/h only?? Oh, come on! Nice to see an BMW X1 in 360 view... :-) Too expensive in my honest opinion. Great video.

This is not JCW, it only has the JCW styling package. There has’nt been any official launch/announcement for an all electric JCW.

What do interior designers in Oxford actually do for a living, animal films in Azerbaijan ??? It looks like a Trabant from the 1960s, and instead of making the steering wheel thinner by the thumb so that you can still hold onto the rascal in sharp corners, they made it even thicker, as well as the seats with side support of a double-decker bus,...the only thing that is coherently beautiful, it has become wider and lower,...but that's all,...;:-),...

I drove the new electric mini on Saturday - exactly the same as this one - it was fab. Great fun to drive. The internal electric sounds really add to the experience and the Go-kart mode made it feel very sporty. It’s quick, too - I was very impressed with it 👍
In my opinion, a total failure, like everything new usually, I think sales will drop very much, personally I will buy the previous version, Thank you.
It’s what a vegan would drive !

The engine without cover. 🤨 JCW without a performance upgrade. inside is cheap compare with New Countryman. 0-100 6.7km is bad for E car. it is a downgraded version in everything.
Mini should change its brand name to ‘Woke’ perhaps

Hopefully,disappointing sales figures will prompt the manufacturer to reconsider their approach to design and acknowledge that minimalism has no place in defining the iconic image of the Mini. They've stripped away the essence of what makes the car special, leaving it devoid of character and charm.

looks very cheap inside - low grade black plastic everywhere and that cloth on the dash will be a bacteria magnet and difficult to clean - ive owned each mini - the original and all 3 BMW Cooper S models.. will not be buying this.

The design ,especially the interior looks bad compared to the previous models…I don t like .Even the general look of the car…the previous models were more agressive and were locking good.
It’s lost its Mininess from the rear and the trim looks cheapo.

Looks utterly dreadful,bring back the bonnet vents and rear of the car does not go with the rest of the car. The rear looks like its been sliced off. Having owned many minis,I for one will not be upgrading to this downgrade version what on earth were the bosses at mini thinking that the general public are going to love the style of this car,I think not. Bring back the double rear exhaust this makes the car look edgey without its dull. Please revert back to older minis.
