It’s like disc 11, it has the feeling of someone adventuring in danger through the caves. It is also like disc 11 in the way that it is in fragments, suggesting it was dangerous and the disc was lost inside the ancient cities.

Analysis of possible events recorded 0:05 disk start 0:10 feint wind (the environment is large and wide, but closed off) 0:14 torch and bat (environment is a cave, possibly a large mineshaft) 0:16 metallic footsteps (either stepping on rails or wearing iron boots) 0:30 reverse shimmer effect (amethyst maybe, but why is it reversed?) 0:37 monster roar cut off to “peaceful” music (don’t know what made the noise) 1:03 peaceful music ends 1:06 audible lava noises with distant clanging (they are clearly much deeper in the caves now, don’t know what the distant clanging is tho) 1:09 reason for being in cave identified: mining for some type of metal or maybe even diamonds, this is followed by loud shifting noises 1:15 distant loud screaming (too human to be a beast, too animalistic to be a person) 1:20 feint background music? (Sounds like Minecraft overworld music) From here I will say what I believe is happening in these moments 1:30 the portal has been activated 1:38 it is trying to break through the portal 1:48 mistakes have been realized, back away from portal 1:58 strikes are getting faster, it is trying harder to break through 2:05 thuds suddenly stop 2:06 the portal barrier has been broken, the entity of skulk has emerged 2:16 fear overtakes, must flee 2:23 run, must run now! 2:28 the warden sensed it’s target 2:33 the disk broke in that very moment

Theory: steve was scaping the warden going into the portal, when he lights up the portal the music starts then steve finds a creature more stronger than the warden. Another thing: i think disc 5 is an earlyer disc and disc 11 is the disc from inside the warden portal. Edit: disc 13 can be the middle of the theory

I love minecraft lore, especially when it's added through these little 'hints' and clues about what's really going on

A very odd and interesting piece of lore is given to us, the disc definitely contains some hidden lore, I personally believe this is a recording from an experiment with the portal structure that resulted in the creation of the Warden and Sculk, killing off the Ancient Builders.

Theory: The ancient city portal pulled the warden through from its dimension. The sculk was pulled through the portal, too, kind of like the ruined nether portals. This disk is someone recording their city being destroyed. What I believe is happening, in order: The warden and sculk get pulled through The player, person, ancient underground villager, whatever you think lived in the ancient city lights a campfire to see what is happening (Unlit campfires can be found in ancient cities) Wardens come marching through (Could also be the ancient city's soldiers, coming to protect the city) The faint sound of experience orbs being collected, suggests the wardens are being fought. Whoever is recording the disc is discovered by the wardens They run Whoever is recording is doing it OVER an old music disc and there is a gap in the sound of whatever happened to the ancient cities Lava is heard, which makes sense as they are underground More experience sounds (maybe whoever is recording has mending items??? also could be amethyst sounds) They are discovered again the by a shrieker they try to (Piller or maybe a wall?!?) build something The old sound comes back for a very short time. The boom could be a creeper or TNT The old sound and the new recording are interfering blocking out some sound Another campfire is lighted A sword is pulled out An immense amount of sculk items come out, landing everywhere from chests around the city, to outside of the city Sculk sensor sounds Warden roars More sculk stuff The recording is dropped, explaining why it is in pieces, and why it is muffled at this point If you read this far, thanks. Someone needs to put the music disc audio from 5, 11, and 13, together in an animation so we can better see what possibilities there are. The one's that people have already made for the individual discs aren't very satisfying.

If you listen closely you can somewhat hear footsteps of a player exploring and the insides of something churning meaning that the warden may be feeding upon people entering the ancient city’s (we know this due to the bones on the skulk shreekers), you can also hear the sound when you defeat the ender dragon meaning that the warden may have lived in the end or the ancient city’s/deep dark was part of the end

That is true, since the end portal and the warden have similar colors, if you have seen game theories video. I also they when the portal was opened to the end, they could come somehow through the portal, since there is no way back to the overworld in the end. maybe that explains the portal in the end cities 🤔 but also another theory is that there was an enderdragon in the overworld

Good idea. I think it’s the origin of Herobrine, and he’s associated with the warden somehow.

Here’s my interpretation: One of people who live in the cities tries to light the portal, and nothing happens. They then add more soul fire under it, and they back away, but once again, nothing, and the flame in the portal itself dies out. They relight the flame, but this time, the sounds of the creatures on the other side (endermites) leaks through. (though both this time and the attempt before it, you can also hear endersent sounds, which is a mob from Minecraft Dungeons that’s related to endermen) This gives them a bit of hope, and they add more soul sand to the bottom. While doing so, the portal begins to charge up again, and they add more soul sand and soul fire, but the charge once again dies out. The sculk then gets ticked off, and a bunch of nearby sculk shriekers shriek, and a warden is summoned. The person that tried to light portal digs into another cave through a nearby wall, but the warden is already there and precedes to roar and kill them. After the disc ends, and bunch of wardens emerge, and kill everyone in the city for experimenting with their brethren, which were used to make the portal.

My theory is that the bit a peaceful music we hear is what the disc was originally supposed to play but for some reason or another,perhaps the person in the recording using it to record his discovery,the audio was placed over the original music.

The new Minecraft dungeons update has some crazy stuff that ppl should see like villager statues with 4 glowing eyes :O and one of the emotes is the player roaring like the warden Mojang normally hides hints to Minecraft lore in mc dungeons

0:44 actually sounds like a liminal space, like the backrooms, or something, but then something worse than the warden comes out, disc 11, 13, and 5 have sounds of monsters that are worse than the wither and warden

What does disc fragments sound and how do you know

This thing is interesting... 1. What makes the weird machine/ufo like sounds? 2. Why is there relaxing music near the beginning? 3. The player maybe exploring the new dimension/the deep dark in the video, which may explain the intense building 4. Sometimes it seems like the player is fighting or escaping from something that may not be the warden, then what is that creature if it exists in the 1.19 update? 5. Since this music disk is made from disc fragments in the deep dark cities, the ancient builders who built the deep dark were destroyed by an unknown reason and the disc fragments were their last hope, hoping someone in the future will be able to play AND understand the disc and it's message.

As for my theory, I think that disc 5 comes before disc 11. When we hear disc 5, we notice that the character is walking inside caves towards the ancient cities and trying to open a portal, but he encounters the warden and tries to escape from him through the portal .... and here begins the story of disc 11 inside the portal

Ah yes another disc to uncover its mysteries! Knowing that the ending was the skulk sensor i think i got a theory. The person who recorded the disc was making his way into the cave, accidentally stumbled upon an ancient city and the guy with the recorded disc triggered the skulk sensor, then something screeches at the player or the player was making something and was too loud triggering the sensors, ending the disc there. the other parts of the disc i cant really explain much.

Opens a portal, strange noises and walking. Music, lava. Glass. Portal noise, coffing, time rewind noise. Foot steps, and loud ambiance, loud whispers. Crystal noise, warden in reverse. End

Other disc: Were uncraftable. Disc 5:I was here.

I think this disc tells the story of the portal in the deep dark opening, and the skulk coming out of it. You can hear lots of magical sounds, and then, you can hear skulk sounds. Whats really weird though is that I heard a lot of end noises too, like the ender dragon death.

@@mantaskybutter5117 maybe the end wasn’t supposed to be like that, maybe it’s supposed to be like the ather dimension. But then the warden came and corrupted it and it all became like that before the other things like the skulk and shrieker were found. And the reason why there’s enderman is because all the food was corrupted into one thing that can teleport you. The enderman were created by the chorus fruit because they adapted and how the dragon was there was also corrupted by what’s on the other side of the portal that looks like the warden. Maybe the end is supposed to be the ather after all. And what lies on the other side of the unknown portal is powerful to corrupt other dimension like it’s doing now with the over world. Maybe ancient people found something that can corrupt things like the end but they found something that can corrupt things way faster or maybe ancient people created them to speed the process up into corrupting other dimensions.

This is a good part to the lore and it’s has a nice but creepy feel like disc 11

I was just started to rewatch 11 and 13 theories and now damn much harder (easier maybe) to discover the whole thing

The underground city. This is dark but you know the things that spread when a mob die. People used to live in the city but died that explains lots of things spreaded everywhere.

Sounds like after he lit the portal he’s still in a cave you can hear (deep slate , amethyst, tuff?, fire and lava.) and the mob sounds remind me of an enderman/wither kind of.

It’s like the player lit the portal and the monster that came out was some big metallic thing and maybe the music that randomly fades in and out is a simulation. So maybe it’s a large metal boss who can manipulate your surroundings and your goal is the turn it off.

That monster at the end sounds like an altered wither from the iconic hiss just lengthened and added sound effects

This is just a wordless story waiting to be interpreted So Frickn cool

This new disc kinda actually has a really good connection with disc 11 with both giving you thrills and creepy vibes

The first part is like the warden first appering then the player lights up the portal after that the player walks in and heres voices in his head and the player venture throught the unknown darkness of the world he entered

I actually love this disc! I loooovvvveee sound design and this is incredible.

this is the new disc 11 i'v been waiting for ever since it came out

I like to imagine those smaller clustery bangs are defensive bombs going off in the city

Ok so my logic of the "story" this disc tells: -about a third in we hear a portal noise and then like ten seconds later the noise for upgrading diamond to netherite -the end of the disc has us hearing an obvious scuffle between the subject of this story and presumably the warden obviously there is much, much more to it, but all i have to say is the subject of this recording is likely preparing for the warden. However this is just my opinion and im interested in what anyone else may have to say.

02:02 sounds familiar for some reason

To the Minecraft lore someone probably use a disc to record he's adventures in the ancient city but then he lit up the portal and a giant mob came out and killed the adventurer and the same time crushing the disc into fragments. And another lore notice that it's called the ancient city kind of reminds me of the end city where the "ancient builders" build it then ate to much chorus fruit and became enderman maybe in the ancient city there is also the same lore like a parasite mutated the people who lived there and they turned into wardens

alright now we all have to wait for game theory to make a theory about this one

theory: the person who recorded the disk stumbled upon possibly a cult summoning the Warden and last minute, the cult members caught the intruder and destroyed the disk so that nobody else finds out about the ritual. That would explain why the only way to obtain it is in the chests of Ancient Cities.

The player tried to escape from the warden Played music to distract the warden until the warden broke it Then opened the portal out of desperation and found something more powerful once he entered Near the end wither sounds started playing Maybe he sommuned the wither to try and fend off the threat

I just love the texture to it. The rest…. Creepy

2:29 sounds like the death ending of the monster, almost the same as the ender dragon

it is this flute that soothes the warden of one who comes out of the great portal I know no more than that

This Is The Same With Disc 11 But Different. It Is A Player Entering The 4th Dimension, Adventuring And Getting Killed By The Warden. At 1:08 We Hear Amethyst. Which Might Mean That A Way To Open The Portal Has To Do With Amethyst Because A Ghostly Portal Noises Plays.

I bet that that type of lullaby will be something to calm the warden so you gotta play de disk and wait like 30 seconds for him to calm down for a couple of seconds IM SURE!

As someone who doesn’t explore caves a lot in Minecraft I feel calm

This says a lot about the dark deep caves

My theory is that(inspired from (the game theorists) To solve disc 11 we had to combine both disc 11 and 13 and we found that it was nothing else than a cave adventure recorded by a player Similarly this disc may represent a player exploring the deep dark cities which can be clear by adding one more disc in the game similar to it And the disc 5 is quite similar to disc 11 like 10 seconds gap in both discs So to solve this disc they might add another one in future And that's all

This sounds is giving me goosebumps and what I heard from the roar looks like the wither storm from minecraft story mode lol

The future to open the portal the crafting recipe might be this a flint and steel in the middle and 4 spider eyes in the corners and fragments from the ancient city

And there will be a mutant warden and 1 stage is half mutant and finale stage is full mutant warden

Story: After two hours of exploring a cave "Player" hears footsteps and starts recording after a while he gets scared after hearing noises and pillars up but by building alerts the warden and the warden starts destroying blocks then his disk stops without "Player" realising but after it stops is killed by the warden and the warden finds and destroys his disk sending out fragments which the warden stores in the ancient city's. So years later you stumble upon the fragments to recreate the disk.

With tons of lore to go with it! I feel this new update has something to be discovered!

Sounds like a troop full with acient warriors and some summoned creatures stronger then the warden and as i think its the same adventure guy from disc 11 where he crafts a better weapon and then he open an portal going back in the normal dimension there where he dies because of an warden

It sounds like someone exploring the caves lit the portal, a monster came, it killed it celebratory music, entering the portal, more monsters inside the new universe

When combining the two discs in separate parts, it almost gives in what's going on in these two discs (Track Thirteen is not included if it means so)

Who knows

It sounds like aomeone was exploring cave, but at at somepoint found a jukebox and listened to the song playing for a bit, but left because someone, or something rather was hunting them down

This is ridiculous like it’s amazing and it’s showing to us as players of the game that there is an up and coming lore to the game
