    Yes the Milwaukee stuff I have used has been very good. I love the hedge trimmers. Both the handheld and the articulating on the quick lok system. Those powered pruners both handheld and extending in this video looked awesome. Thanks for watching.

    I have their regular chainsaw and it’s been awesome. Actually I’ve been very impressed with all the OPE they have put out. The handheld hedge trimmer and quick lok with articulating hedge trimmer are my favorites. That being said, I’m really digging both of the powered pruners they showed off in this video. Thanks for watching.

    Do the math. Not bad considering you don’t pay for gas, two stroke oil or maintenance for the life of the unit. Thanks for watching.

    @@LawnCareBusinessSuccess a stihl commercial back pack blower is $600😂 what are you going to use in a year? 3 gallons of gas😂😂😂 it would take generations to break even on Milwaukee. “Do the math”

    No disrespect but if you’re only using 3 gallons of gas in your blower per year then obviously your business is not very large compared to others. There are guys using that much in a week. Businesses come in all shapes and sizes. Don’t make the mistake to think everyone else’s business is like yours. Last year I went to using all battery handheld stuff, trimmers and blowers for 99% of the year. Only used gas equipment on heavy rainy days and even then I used 1.5 gallons of gas for only that 1% of the time. It might take you generations to break even but the next guy could have it done in 3 seasons. If you don’t like battery stuff that’s fine then don’t buy it. You do you.

    @@LawnCareBusinessSuccess this is not a commercial grade blower dude. And how am I going to charge my batteries between jobs if I have this “huge company?” Oh that’s right, gas powered generators. Not to mention the fact that lithium ion batteries are good to about 800 charges. The stihl blower can be repaired cheaply and last 20+ years. Batteries can’t do that

  • @LawnCareBusinessSuccess

    @@enr1997widgetwho said anything about it being commercial grade? With that being said I have been using a bunch of the Milwaukee M18 OPE over the past few years and if you mean can it be used everyday, all day long throughout the year then I’ve proven that the Milwaukee stuff can. Again don’t assume. I’ve been using all battery powered tools this year and have been doing all my leaf cleanups with battery blowers. Its can be done. There are lithium ion batteries on the market that can do over 3000 charge cycles and recharge in as little as 8 minutes. How do you charge during the day you ask. No need for gas powered generators. How about solar power and a battery bank. This video was shot at the Equip Expo. You know what else was there? Every other brand also showcasing battery equipment and charging solutions. Solar charging truck and trailer options, and it’s only going to get better. The industry is changing whether you like it or not. It’s clear you don’t like battery equipment. That’s why I say you do you. I doubt you have used all battery equipment daily in your business for an extended period of time, so if you think you are going to convince me that it’s not viable when I’ve been already proving that it is for the past 2 seasons in my own lawn care business, then you’re wasting your time.

    Brah.....that string trimmer uses 2 batteries? I just bought 2 more batteries cause my 5.0s shit the bed. Now I probably need even more batteries now...😢

    That’s because it’s their high torque model. So may not be necessary. I used their first generation trimmer for a couple of years in my business and it has more than enough power for weekly maintenance and even the occasional over grown lawn. Batteries don’t last forever. So they do need to be replaced every few years, but you’re not paying for gas or 2 stroke oil or any maintenance. So you have to take that into consideration. Thanks for watching.

    Yeah your batteries must be bad then if you need that many for that size yard. Like I said I could do 10 city sized properties per charge of the 12.0. But you live in Hawaii so I don’t feel sorry for you. 😂

    That backpack blower w 4 batteries will weigh 50+ lb. I'll stick with gas.

    That’s a bit of an exaggeration. The 12Ah batteries weigh 3.42lbs each. The specs for the blower are not listed yet, but other brands of battery backpack blowers all weigh around 15lbs without batteries. So it would be around 28lbs with 4 batteries.

  • @LawnCareBusinessSuccess

    @LawnCareBusinessSuccess

    Use your gas one if it works for you. If the government forces a change then you’ll have to switch. No big deal. It’s a tax write off and battery stuff is getting so good with so many more benefits over gas. I made the switch for handheld stuff last year and I am never going back to gas. I always love the fire comments, because gas is not flammable right? But you probably have a cordless drill or a phone in your pocket or a laptop or one of a number of other things that use lithium batteries with no issue. Use the properly rated charger , don’t use damaged batteries, and only buy and use reputable brands and not cheap knock offs. Its like when the media makes a big deal over when there is a electric vehicle fire yet no one pays attention to a gas vehicle fire even though gas powered vehicles account for roughly 1500 fires per 100,000 cars sold vs 25 per 100,000 for electric cars.

    I think it’s ridiculous and looks terrible. It’s disturbing that more and more people are doing it. Can you imagine if it’s starts becoming the norm having plastic lawns. Yuck.
