Currently zero development from last 4 months in A south and other blocks in NMC Gujjar khan. I am afraid 😧 they are sending cancellations notices to clients if your two instalments are pending. I don’t know what they are doing, and who is making these shit policies. BSM is a black sheep in Pakistan real estate market. Because of these societies overseas are not investing in Pakistan. Be careful guys .

New Metro City people are very cruel people. They don't fulfill their commitments. They threat or crimp people to get money. First time seen such a cruel policy of refund that 25% will be deducted on full amount due and not on paid amount.
