I love the new biome. Also I’m happy that the map is actually one big open space instead of being divided.

Im really disappointed that the moss covered rocks are not placeable they would have been perfect for a swamp enclosure. :(

i guess you can use the rocks from germany and england and the trees are probably in an updated version of the expanded scenery mod but some people don’t like mods and i respect that

This seems like the best map for people who want to create a swampy biome for their parks. And it seems that frontier fixed their annoying camera issue where you get shot into the sky when you try and look into the actual forests you create. I hope one day they fix that issue for ALL the maps because it's so interesting following your dinos into the forests. It VERY annoying when Im following my dinos and then the camera shoots me into the sky because they head into a thick patch of forest.

I wouldn’t put it past frontier to add the mossy rocks later on, so let’s keep asking!

Credit where it’s due, frontier have outdone themselves with the new biosin valley map! It’s amazing. Reasons: The scenery The river surrounding it The fog 😍 The fact you can drive through and view dinosaurs deep in the forest foliage 😍 Every single paleo plant fits in perfectly with the map 😍 You can add little flurries of paleo foliage in with the forest. The invisible fences also probably make everything look and feel bigger too. It’s just about large enough and this is coming from a pro bigger maps player. Plus it’s the only map across both games that is completely accurate to the movie and fits in the look and feel of the entire map as a whole, not just one segment of it.

If you build on the biosyn map, one way you could deal with the obscured view problem might be terraforming? Just raise the map a bit

Both maps are awesome, perma-snow really helps give that desolate winter feeling and the Biosyn biome is just beautiful with the mist and the Spanish moss on all the trees. Gonna have a lot of fun with these ones. One thing I'm really hoping for is that Frontier brings back all of the maps from the first game. Leave them as they are, barring any adjustments needed to make them work, and have them for Sandbox Mode and maybe have Challenge Modes for at least some of them.

It would be nice to have a setting to turn on before you get into the map that made it snowy like for the Canadian and northern us maps

I'm excited that we finally have a permanent snow map in the game. I'm definitely going to build a park there

Tbh the new biosyn map could've been the best map in the game.. But the rocks? That's sad.. But those individually placeable trees are a shame. They don't fit in the environment AND they are the absolute worst set of individually placeable trees in the game in my eyes. Besides that the river could've been so much cooler if we could build down to it or atleast use it for view... Big potential - Okey execution

I took will suffer with the other console players. Hell, I'd be happy if they just expanded the map slightly on Isla Nublar for Jurassic World so I can just attach the park monorail to the entrance monorail.

I understand the point of the brushes being like they are, I just disagree with the degree of difference. I want more of a change. I want to dictate where the snow has no fallen so deeply, or even turned to slush with foot traffic in my park that has guests in it

The Biosyn map is definitely the best jungle map we've gotten so far. The variety of plants in the brush is insane. I'm thinking about making a park based on The Lost World PSX there. I love the new snowy Nevada map, it's going to be perfect for a Christmas themed park. With the feathered dinosaurs & other polar species like Cryolophosaurus.

Really hope this comes to the Switch soon.

Lovely video Evolution Square. I think the update is amazing but 20€ for a dlc that continues the campaing and chaos theory that gives you few new dinos and dinosaur skins is not really worth 20€ i think its over Price. I think if i just wait enough time they are just going to add the jurassic world domination campaing and chaos theory for free to the game later on. Btw for People out there you should go watch the jurassic world domination movie i really enjoyed it i think for me its the best one of them all, theres good ammount talking and action in that movie.

PC/current gen consoles have an "all buildings" option when going into sandbox. This is not available on old gen consoles

I used this map on sandbox with Flattened to rain and the building stays

Thank God the maps insta unlock as soon as you buy the dlc

When you have mods installed the game gives you a warning now

They should add something like a Map Dlc, Including a Netherlands map! And i feel like i´d have a new Wetland Biome

Also this maybe off topic and unneeded but does anyone agree that frontier should add a random fossil and dinosaur button for challenge or sandbox modes so it makes going through them less repetitive

@@samuelscott-schroeder8597 Yup Manta Corp Island and the pipe dream would be to get some buildings like the tree house and other Camp themed structures we saw.

This would go in my top 3 maps but im not gonna use 20€ on 2 maps and few new dinos I know the devs need money from dlcs to keep making new content to the game but I think it would be nice if ppl like me who spent 70€ pre ordering the game would get the new dlcs with the game since now the game costs around 30€ (I think) so if I wouldve waited just few months i couldve got all of the dlcs also with same money.

I think the snowey map is the chaos theory map it's basically what if the DFW merged with Owen and made a dino sanctuary on his land since he already wrangler the parasaurolophus there

@@darkside_himself except the glaring discrepancy with some of the missing dominion creatures (mainly the atrociraptor) the likelihood of a dominion dlc part 2 being a thing is very plausible, plus when you consider the amount of dlc's JWE1 had, i think we're only just starting tbh

It is a Permian synasid not dinosaur but still prehistoric get your facts right because it was before the dinosaur not with them

Does anyone know how to unlock the "new gate" and the “new invisible gate” of domination DLC？I have finished all the new campaigns and chaos theory, but still get 2 unlockable buildings in database（162/164), and the shadows of the missing two seem to be a kind of tour gate and invisible gate.

Unless you research them/use them in the campaign, they won’t become available IN the database. I had that problem in the original campaign. I never researched the level 3 or 4 fences, so didn’t have them unlocked in the database.

Hold up can you go through the Forrest without a brainier stopping you ??!!!!!

Flattening the terain did not remove the biosyn facility for me.
