Great video as always 👍🏼 I bought the replica today from Adidas. Saw the authentic one as well and compared them side by side, the rose pattern on the shirt is subtle on the replica while it's much more visible on the authentic as can be seen in the video as well. I was wearing my Japan World Cup shirt while buying it and noticed that it uses the same template as that of the Japan shirt, from the collar to the inner and outer lining of the shirt. They're the same except for the colours of course.

@@amsarkar0805 these two shirts on top of each other directly are identical in size with just the arms showing a minuscule slight size difference. The slimmer feel I think comes from the difference and weight in the material maybe? Both sizes fit perfectly for my son who is a large. Hope that helps

I believe it actually cost more to produce the replica than it does the authentic because of the embroided badges as opposed to plastic transfer badges. The authentic is also designed for limited use (hence why production costs need to be lower) as the players will often only play 45mins in them and are very delicate when needing to be washed. The replica is produced to be more durable and can be washed at higher temperatures multiple times unlike the authentic that has to be at low temperature and as few times as possible, good to see adidas move away from the plastic three stripes and onto a single Cotten panel as well, doesn’t look as cheap now

I do like the traditional style stitching also. It’s a shame they can’t bring a special edition hybrid version out, maybe like a fashion shirt, sponsorless etc ⚽️

Replica, its cheaper and the design is just right. The authentic stands out way to much and actually certain parts are too tacky such as tbe badge. I prefer craftman ship over heat stickers.

Yes buy one size bigger. These new Adidas shirts have a different cut. I used to wear M for the replica, ever since the latest cut, M is too tight so I wear the L.

I’ve brought both versions of the shirt I’ve noticed the difference of both shirt sizes they are not the regular size that fans usually wear they feel abit smaller to last season shirts so I do recommend fans when buying this season’s kits is go a size up but great review

The new shirts they’ve gone for a slim fit which I thought would only be for authentic shirts that the players wear just like some of the training ranges. I really want the new one but think I’m gonna have to go to sports direct or somewhere to try one on first to see how they fit before ordering online cos for the first time ever I want a player on the back. Here’s the thing, if I was to lay both shirts flat on top of each other. They are practically identical in size, except for the sleeve is slightly longer on the replica. I believe it feels tighter as it’s a lot thinner material overall. The size difference between L and XL for example is only around 2 inches here and there, so it wouldn’t hurt to size up either in my opinion. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching ⚽️

For me, I genuinely and strongly think its a common misconception that there is a huge size difference in both versions, I think it's just the more the way they feel and the weight of the fabrics. Both made in Vietnam...for roughly a a tenner and the replica sold for £80 & the original goes for £110 ... scandalous....but mug fans keep buying em' and nothing will ever change!....either buy a fake online or whilst on holiday to turkey, or just wait till a new shirt comes out and just buy this one from the club(s) online store when they're heavily reduced due to a new one coming out and the cycle continues....
