Oh MaryEllen you look absolutely lovely! You look 20 years younger! Your Omnilux face mask is definitely working. Your face looks to soft and bright. Love your top too. Are you wearing one of your favorite pair of earrings your grandson gave you? I hope you sleep now that you have your CPAP. I have had insomnia for years and I know what you are going through. I usually don’t have a problem going to sleep, but I wake up and can’t go back to sleep. I sometimes find myself staring in the dark. I usually get up when that happens. I’ve been known to take a shower at 3A and get ready for the day. However, lately I’m doing better although 4 or 5 hours of sleep isn’t very much. You are so sweet to do the giveaways. @@MaryEllenAfter60 Hi MaryEllen!!! So happy to hear from you. You are a sweetheart. It sounds like you are getting the hang of the CPAP. I’m glad you are having results sleeping better already. I use a sort of half cap where one strap goes at my nose and other around head. This type doesn’t seem to bother me and it stays in place. The other styles I tried I was playing with the strap trying to get them comfortable. I’ve never tried one with a chin strap. I don’t think I’d like that style. I’ve been pretty sedentary lately as my back hurting. I’ve been to surgeon and am having a myelogram next week. I have stenosis in my thoracic and lumbar regions. I’m sure the myelogram will show I have it in my cervical spine too. I blame it on picking up 100 lb bags at the airlines. That was the bag limit when I worked for the airlines. I didn’t have a MRI because I am extremely claustrophobic. I’m scared as to what I am up against. The surgeon already told me I pose an unusual situation with having it in my thoracic spine. He said it was highly unusual. Story of my life. I’m happy you have had great results with the Omnilux mask. Can’t wait to hear about your new discovery! Thanks for the reply note. Hi Nola. Jim stays up later than me, so sleeping in my recliner at night wouldn't work. In my last video I spoke about a 7 1/2" bed wedge. I've been using it in conjunction with my cpap, and it's been helpful. Thank you!! Many blessings..MaryEllen

I tried that W&W tinted moisturizer but here in humid Fl it melted right off.Your skin is looking so amazing you don't need foundation.I'm a bad sleeper and have been for most of my life and now with my stressful life I'm lucky I sleep at all. I've always put fdtn & sunscreen on w/my fingers, use brushes on rare occasions. I have that wet n wild moisturizer, love it. Wow, I have three of the NYX ones but I want more color choices in them. Swear by the Beauty Bakerie blushes in Champagne that our friend EmilyNoel recommends, glow & color, no sparkles. Sleep is important, we lose melatonin as we age, get some of the chewable tabs no higher than 10mg from the d/s, inexpensive, start with one a nite and see.--E going crazy, very violent, high alert, told my own doc to contact his therapist as he isnt even on meds, blows all appts off. His therapist ALWAYS tells on me if I call & beg the convo be confidential so I asked my doc to call him as that WOULD be kept confidential. Honestly if I never see him again I will be relieved, FREE, praying for that, sounds cruel but that is no longer my son, the demons have taken hold. @@MaryEllenAfter60 Got a govt agency to come out last nite for a 5150 eval, E lied on me like crazy, they refused to hospitalize him. I got my key back at least and a female cop blamed me for everything. I even yelled at her, so tired of them blaming me when they wouldnt even come out two Friday nites ago when I called to say my son's trying to murder me after he pushed my head onto the floor twice, called back "Oh they're on the way" and they NEVER showed. Just trying to rest today, straighten my ruined apt out a bit. Thx MaryEllen, please pray for my strength and for Ethan to stop thinking he doesnt have to see his therapist, call his prob'n officer, get his meds and make his own life. I just cant be with him anymore. Love always to you, Jim, and ALL of your loved ones, prayers & blessings as well always! ~~Chanel

Love that it comes in a travel size which is what I bought 1st to try out. Recently had Keratosis removed, been using neosporin. I couldn't wear makeup for 10 days on 1 side. The wedge pillow I ordered after seeing your video with it came in. I've been using it for almost a week now, and I am enjoying it. The first few nights I did feel odd, and slid down by morning, but I think I have a pretty good system of pillows set up now. I'm so happy to be sleeping up higher and on my back instead of always on my sides. Great minds think alike!!

I have a hard time sleeping for more than 6 hours. I even take melatonin , doesn't help much. I do know that if I don't work and then exercise......Idont fall asleep easily. Your face always glows an looks healthy. I think your hair length is very becoming See you next Sunday.
